Usama at Parramatta was very helpful and co-operative and my custom PC, built with components I chose, was completed perfectly. It took a few days to get quotes on components and 2 weeks for completion of build after order placed, but some components had to be changed due to unavailability and I was kept informed, so not a problem. Prices were very close to the major chains that get 2 or 3 star ratings, so great value for a hassle free experience. The only thing that could be improved is the prohibitively high charge for PayPal and the 1.8% charge for a credit card, but in future I would be confident to pay by bank transfer, so not a problem Would have no hesitation in recommending for a PC build or components.

The real test of a computer shop is how it deals with problems. It is easy to have a fast sales system but reviews show that nearly all computer shops, particularly big online ones, frustrate customers with long delays and refusals to repair or exchange when something goes wrong. In this regard Usama of UMKLOGIX at Parramatta deserves 6 stars out of 5. A couple of months after purchase, my new computer started having problems due, as it turned out, to memory incomparability problems and Usama tested the computer over 7 days, replaced various parts until the problem was resolved, exchanged the memory for a cheaper compatible one and refunded the difference. It has worked perfectly ever since. The incompatibility was not one that normally occurs and it was just bad luck that the particular memory I received was slightly below par., so could not have ben foreseen. I am not a friend or relative.
