False Advertising, item sold different than advertised. Three weeks ago, I ordered what UN Tech advertised as an Intel NUC Skull Canyon refurbished. Their listing proudly displayed the genuine Intel product, complete with the signature skull logo on eBay and on their website. As a serious collector of Intel NUC systems, this was meant to be a prized addition.

What did UN Tech actually send? A completely different unit from an obscure U.S. manufacturer called Crestron. The famous Intel skull was replaced by a dull Crestron sticker. This was not what was advertised. It was not an Intel product. And for any collector, it is worthless. In short: a bait-and-switch.

UN Tech contacted me and excused themselves with the excuse to depict a stock photo and not the item that is for sale. This is fraud in my opinion.

So here is the truth: UN Tech lures customers with misleading stock photos and descriptions. UN Tech delivers products that are not what you paid for. It takes several weeks and endless complaints until the item is sent from UN Tech by by Australia Post. I guess that the item I ordered have not been in stock in Australia but came from the USA. This company thrives on deception. After this experience, I will never purchase from UN Tech again. If you value honesty, transparency, and your sanity, buy elsewhere.

NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND. Promised to send my DELL MONITOR via Australia Post but instead used a fraudulent courier who posted FAKE TRACKING TO FALSIFY DELIVERY!! He also ATTEMPTED TO FORGE MY SIGNATURE OF RECEIPT BUT IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE MY SIGNATURE. UN Tech admitted that tracking is incorrect yet after 4 WEEKS wait he DENIED MY REFUND and sent me a rude response. UN Tech was extremely UNapologetic and shamefully affirmed that he will deny these facts & excuse himself to protect his reputation. By Far THE WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE ONLINE!!
