I have a new iGo Cam 325, I've formatted the micro SD card, the camera is recording, I have sound but no video, only a black screen, what am I doing wrong. Many Thanks Julie. PS: Have just found it shows the videos on my smart phone, just not on my Apple Mac desktop which is where I would like to save any files from the card, Quicktime is what I'm using on my Mac.

Hi there - I have a iGO cam 80 and when plugged into the USB slot on my car (I don’t have another type of power source) I get the ‘mass storage’ message and can’t get past it. Any tips?
Try plugging a USB adapter into your cigarette lighter socket.
The battery on my 755 will not hold charge, how to replace?

What model is you iGo C

If you look in your manual & go to the settings you will see the time & date there where you can change it
The manual is not very specific in the way to do it but I wouldn't give in and I eventually done it but thank you anyway.
Can not do it and get to time and date settings unless recording mode is stopped
can uniden car cameras be left on record when car if off I want to buy one because my car got vandalized twice at my apartment complex and want to catch them on the act?
I think you can but not really sure, but I would imagine it would flatten your battery. I would ring Uniden & ask them.
Hi, we have the Uniden iGO Cam 325 and we are having a hard time getting the micro SIM card to stay in the slot as it won’t stay down. Every time we try it just pops back out. I don’t know if we have a dodgy one and was wondering if any of you have any suggestions on how to install it? cheers
just push down harder on it, we had the same problem when we put ours in
On my igo cam 325 I accidentally put the sd card in upside down. When I tried to press and release it went in further and is now rattling around inside. Is there any way to open the unit to retrieve the sd card?
Try to retrieve it using a pair of tweezers, if that doesn't work ring Uniden & ask them.

Hello
Uniden iGO Cam 320 - Irrespective of whether I set " Loop Recording " to OFF or the other values it will NOT over write files - what else must I do?
message flashes " Card Full" !!!
David
I'm really not sure about it but I would have thought you would have to have the Loop recording set to ON for it to Loop but if that doesn't work ring Uniden & ask them
My camera will not start when plugged into car power until battery is recharged. It will then work. Shouldn't it worked as soon as plugged to car power. Any ideas?
If it's the first time of using it then it has to be fully charged first then it should run of the car battery after the initial charge
I have charged it several times. In fact I don't see why when plugged in it needs to charge to work. I have GPS's that just require to be plugged in.
