Unique Wrought Iron

Amazing front door – We had our Unique Wrought Iron front door installed last week and it looks amazing. Looks fabulous from both inside and out. We love it. Great work Unique Wrought Iron.

Can’t live with it – My design, I’m happy with, he must have wrongly measured, not what I wanted or told him. Double front gates have been there couple of years, now don’t line up. Tried contacting them, won’t return my calls. Sharon was the best, but no longer works there, wonder why?

Awful! – We were treated in a disgusting manner by this company and would recommend that others Do not use them. installers arrived they only had one bracket. I rang the head office and they apologized and said they had already ordered another one to be rushed through the factory as they had made a mistake. They also stated that I would not have to pay for a second installation as it was Their mistake.

I waited a few months and then emailed to ask when they would be installing the second bracket....no reply. I rang twice and was told someone would call me back and let me know when it would be installed....nothing! Then when I rang today, 4 months after the first bracket had been installed, I was told that as I had not paid for the second bracket it had never been ordered! I was told I would have to re-order and pay for a second bracket if I wanted one made!

Please do not use this company ever as they are extremely dishonest and disreputable and do not care about their clients satisfaction, just their money! All products also come from China so you will need to wait forever for your order to arrive if it ever does!

Very Negative – Deceptive quote given, goods described in words in the quote weren't in the contract. Wrought Iron weren't licensed in NSW. Total disappointment, and delays to project. Dispute lead to prompt aggressive action from their lawyer; now expensive proceedings to complete the job - to be as we were lead to believe it was to be done all along.
