filling in my address as Christmas Island and would not let me change or continue. I emailed the company and received a quick reply saying not to bother sending them back but they would refund me anyway in 1 to 2 days. A very generous and unusual offer so I sent a reply thanking them but 3 weeks later I have heard nothing and received no refund. Be very wary purchasing from this company.

A little delayed but worth the wait! – I am happy so say my product arrived albeit 2 months from order date but I think that could be due to the freight companies under pressure. I requested a refund due to the non delivery of my item and they refunded me immediately. This was followed by my product being delivered two days later. I will now repay for the item and couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Post office lost the first shipment but the company quickly sent me a replacement – Top quality name brand black t-shirts; good value, very responsive customer service. Recommended. The first shipment went missing. Post office admitted that, despite tracking information, they couldn't find it. Sweet talk, but dont deliver – please do not buy from this company. They fail to deliver, Very polite in communications, but do not deliver.

Strange Site, possibly their shipping company is a bit lax – I ordered two sweatshirts and was promptly given a tracking link which later claimed that the order had arrived in Australia. After a number of weeks, there was no further news. I contacted the transport company, and they claim that the order had arrived in Australia. Universal Textiles, was most apologetic and promised to send me some replacement sweatshirts, which I later received. I don't know what is going on with this company.

Terrible service – Never received my order nor did I get a refund after emailing them several times.

Places order and nothing delivered – I wonder if this is a real company or a scam? Luckily it was only a small amount but it’s been over a month since I ordered a “dispatches in 2-5 working days” and still no tracking number or follow up! I would avoid this company!

Order didn't arrive don't know whose fault it was quick refund though very quick email response – UK order for Australia Order 11 June 2022. Not arrived on 6th July 2022 Could be Ozzie posts fault. Order didn't arrive but fair play gave a quick response and refund .
