25% less sugar than AllBran – This was my favourite bran product that kept me healthy and regular. I preferred it over All-Bran because it is around 12% sugar rather than 16%. Unfortunately my local independent supermarket no longer seems to stock it, and I can't find it anywhere. Has it been discontinued? Show details

A crunch that keeps an aging man regular – Excellent paired with sliced banana, honey, and almond milk. I've been really impressed with it's ability to avoid turning into eventual mush - something All Bran tends to do after a couple of minutes.

Bowel health – Anyone with a regularity problem should be eating this. You may have to take more time to eat it, needs a lot of chewing but it is worth it and you will feel great in no time and never have to worry about "going" again. Try it you wont be sorry. Reliable

Nice Crunch, Good For Your 'Movements' – Delicious, healthy and filling...this is my favourite cereal. Keeps you nice and regular; great for weight loss! I eat it 7 days a week! My tip is to measure 3/4 cup of cereal with 1/2 cup of milk, perfect amount and pretty similar to the serving size on the label. Great cereal, buy it! Delicious, keeps you regular

Sometimes i pour it on top of a bit of porridge, sometimes I just add to another, normal cereal with milk. But it is a nice cereal not too sweet. If you like the taste of bran okay… Read more

then you will probably enjoy this cereal. I like a bit of crunch in a cereal, without it being too sweet. So this cereal fits the bill. Not cheap, but none of the brand names are.
