Will only order from uprooted from now on – I was skeptical at first but wow was I so wrong. I live in Sydney. Ordered Monday, arrived Wednesday noon. Truly amazing. All the plants arrived well packaged and healthy. Decent sized too! Shipping cost very reasonable Show reply

Crappy customer service experience – I received three plants as a birthday gift from Uprooted, two of which had spider mites when they arrived. When I emailed to tell them they dismissed me, and when I left two reviews on their website they deleted them. Really, really poor form and so disappointing. I have another $100 gift voucher to spend on their website and then probably won't use them again. Why not just apologise and own up to the error?
Root rot – Hi, recently purchased a picasso peace lily, upon arrival it was gorgeous. But as the days went on started getting brown leaves which we thought was just an adjustment period, it had a well lit area didn't over water as we have 10 other peace lilies so know what we are doing. contact with them and they suggested it could be mould caused by over watering and lack of light. As i said before we have 10 peace lilies and practically water just as the leave are about to droop, in the 4 weeks we owned it we watered once maybe twice so I knew it couldn't be mould. So I took it out of the pot and it was full of root rot and I'm pretty sure the culprit was the excess perlite and how jam packed the plant was? No way for any oxygen to get out. So now we have had to get rid of the root rot let it dry out and pray it's ok as it is a beautiful plant. Maybe us living in Tas they watered ut too much before travels or they have a 10yo potting them wouldn't know as not the easiest to chat with. Anyway that is my experience

Best houseplant online store – Just received my second order from them and they are literally amazing. Packaging is top notch and super protective of each individual plant. Fast turn around and delivery, plants are nursery quality and really reasonable pricing. Received an order from Jungle Collective. Chalk and cheese. Don’t get plants online anywhere else! – Hands down the best for online plants. i’ve ordered from multiple online sites before and none of them compare to uprooted - some are even pitiful. the quality of every plant always exceeds my expectations and always look better than the example picture! never had a sick or damaged plant, their packing is extremely careful and potting mix is always top notch. Great plants, great service! – I bought a small pot plant which Uprooted shipped to me on the same day I ordered it. It arrived in some clever packaging that ensured it was very happy and well watered when it arrived. Two weeks later, the plant is really blossoming and enjoying its new home. Healthy plants and fast shipping – Plants are in good conditions overall. Ordered few times. Only the recent one AUpost fail to deliver and the plants arrived a bit dried out. Overall good packaging and fast shipping. But only a few variety available online. Most rare ones are sold out. Show reply

delivered both boxes laying down despite the this way up sign!) They have a good range and some of the rarer/hard to find indoor plants also. Highly recommend trying them if you’re looking to do some online plant shopping!
Well OMG, I'm impressed – I was wary of all 'new-to-me' plant sellers. I've been stung before, by some high priced places that send you something tiny and half dead. Not so here! BETTER PACKED than expected, or is usual.
The philodendron brasil was already vining out quite credibly, and big enough to propagate from. Couldn't believe my eyes. I paid three to four times as much as elsewhere, but recieved so much more plant value in a pot, not a half dead baby in a plug like other places send.
They also have available cute little pins and keyrings in various plant types. I also noted that they had a few of the (recently) harder to find, fad plants, if that's your thing.
I am truly thrilled with this place, and if you are wavering, don't. It's more than worth it for pest and disease free plants that are large enough to be called plants. I could not be happier! I will save my pennies and buy more from here.
