Excellent place to shop for seeds! Their online catalogue is easy to use, with clear images and great information. Seeds are fresh, great germination rates, and arrive well packed and very quickly.
The garlic bulbs were in excellent condition on arrival. Already planted and growing. Great product, I'm very happy with my purchase. Would recommend this company.

Dear Happy Valley Seeds Team, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional quality of the Tulsi (Holy Basil) seeds I recently purchased from you. I had been searching everywhere for this specific plant, as I truly believe Tulsi is a symbol of peace and spiritual well-being. It was very important to me to have its calming… Read more
presence in my home garden. To be honest, I was a bit apprehensive about whether it would grow on my balcony, as it receives no direct sunlight. Most guides suggest that Tulsi requires several hours of sun to survive, but your seeds have proven to be incredibly resilient. Despite the lack of direct light, my Tulsi has not only survived but is genuinely thriving. I have also attached a video with this email. Thank you for providing such high-quality heirloom seeds that have allowed me to bring a piece of peace and greenery into my space. I will certainly be recommending Happy Valley Seeds to my fellow gardening enthusiasts! Warm regards,

Dear Happy Valley Seeds, I purchased seeds for Redland Pioneer beans, two types of zucchini, little finger eggplants and golden nugget pumpkins from you in Spring 2025. Beans and zucchini were a success. But the eggplants were something else again. I germinated them in small pots in a shade house, planted them out as seedlings, and I have… Read more · 1
never had a crop of egg plants like this. I just could not keep up with the supply, despite giving them away to friends and neighbours. But what has impressed me even more is that four weeks ago, as remaining fruit had turned brown and plants looked past their best, I cut them back hard, just leaving upper branches with flowers, fed and watered them, and a second and almost equally impressive crop grew in just a few weeks. I attach a few photos to show you this second crop. My one failure were the golden nugget pumpkins. They grew fine and looked healthy, same garden patch as the other veggies, but produced absolutely no fruit. Not one. Would appreciate any feedback you might have about what might have caused this failure. I've ordered with you again since Spring '25 and will certainly be doing so later in the year.

Don't waste your money. Attatched are photos of the obvious poor quality of Marigold and a photo of 2 separate piles. Had to repackage all seeds as they skimp out on resealable bags. The top pile in the photo are all non-viable seeds, whereas the bottom pile all sprouted at least 3/5 seeds. They will give you $1.86 back, without requesting and… Read more
think that will make everything ok. $1.86 doesn't cover the countless other failed varieties. Absolute scam. I tried to sprout 'fresh marigold seeds' from Happy Valley's lot. Absolutely 0/10 sprouted while all but 1 of my old leftover batch from another company sprouted and grew strong. Happy Valley tried saying it was my fault and that it was the wrong time of weather. Pfft. Wrong weather? They're indoors not even sprouted. The weather only really matters when you put them outside to grow up, except the cold strat seeds. Further more, why did the other company's work if it was the wrong weather? Happy Valley lies and cheats people of their money. The company will add some kind of comment to rectify their errors. Buy elsewhere. Anywhere but here. Buying overseas would be better even. Multiple quick and easy varieties did not sprout from this company. Other failed seeds include fava beans, dandelion. Only 2 out of 10 eggplant worked. Happy Valley sells seeds that are old and dead. Buy bulk from suppliers instead. Sell what you won't use, make a little money. Don't support these thieves. They try make you 2nd guess yourself, like a narcisst gaslights their victims. $1.86 refund for 15+ packets of failed seeds. Bought around 40 varieties. Not 1 whole packet should fail from a seed company. Maybe a few seeds within the pack, but definitely not every seed that gets sown.
Gave them 3 reasonable options to rectify the dead seeds. 1) 7 fresh viable packets 2) 30% refund 3) full refund and seeds returned
I laugh. 1) They said that's too many packets (far less than half of my non-viable varieties) 2) They said not offering a 30% refund and call me unreasonable when they offer a measley $1.86 and about 30% of the packs were dead , plus the 1st request was simply live seeds. 3) They said seeds have to be sealed in original packaging.
You can't reason with them. They had a pop-up special which was nothing more than a sceme to get rid of mostly dead seeds.
And finally the $1.86 refund was not requested. I only wanted what I was supposed to have paid for. Who knows how many people this person has scammed.
I'd love to name some good quality companies that I have purchased from but I don't think I should put good names in a bad review. Good luck finding a trustworthy company to purchase from and happy holidays

I always buy my seeds from here and while I haven't planted all I have managed to plant some vegetables, flowers and herbs, they are growing well, some did not survive but not all will grow as planned
Follow-up · The ordering process is really easy there is no fuss, the seeds are posted in a very secure packaging, they come with clear instructions on the back (photo attached), the seed packets are sealed tightly and the quality of them are good, take time to learn about the seeds you purchase, I have added some other vegetables I am growing which is an update from the last images shown
I've passed these seeds along to our Gardner in the retirement village as I don't have enough room in my garden. Looking forward to seeing them flourish ✨️ in our gardens around the village.
Follow-up · My garden is very small, however the village has many gardens around the compound. There was a mixture of seeds, all different varieties of flowers. I don't have the details of the varieties. They should grow well as most plants seem to thrive in the clay soil we have.
My seedlings are coming along nicely, they may be ready for planting in a few weeks. As the weather is cooler they are outside receiving sunshine (not to hot) and welcome rain. Looking forward to watching them grow and of course use the leaves in cooking and salads.
Follow-up · The unseasonal weather we have been experiencing have given my baby spinach seedlings an unexpected boost. Despite the warmth I will probably give them a light drink of Seasol to help strengthen their root system.

Sandra, left the following 5 star review for the product 5-Pack Mystery Seed Bundle I had a wonderful time with this packet. It was a treat to discover what I had received and to plant them with friends. Great germination and the kids also enjoyed them and chewing down on the seedlings.
Love happy valley seeds. Prompt replay, and speedy delivery. I love that I can order a small amount of seeds, or a large amount. You don’t end up with a bag half used. Thank you.

Very slow to reply and poor service. Three days later I received a reply saying that it was too… Read more

Don't trust this company. I have purchased a lot of seeds recently from Happy Valley Seeds and have finally been able to plant up quite a few varieties. So far, just about every seed has germinated. This is the first time I have ever planted a seed, and I am over the moon with my success. I am a very happy customer and can definitely recommend Happy Valley Seeds.
Great variety of seeds at very good prices. Most of the seeds I bought were really good. I think there was only one packet that did not germinate and that may have been my fault. I am a regular happy customer.
I ordered the micro greens, the alfalfa and the broccoli sprouts - all have been wonderful producing fresh tasty greens - very happy with the service and quality
