I want to make 0 or - if they have an option. Not recommend, don’t wast your money to get rsa here. Scam. Ask questions nonsense. Book very hard, not helpful. Worse worse ever

Worst online training course – Stay away, one of the worst online training course groups. Making matters worse if you're anywhere but NSW as you'll get no help in a reasonible time. Reasources aren't searchable, the mind numbing video's take forever. A half day course took nearly 2 months due to the issues!

If i could give it 0 starts i would – i Payed 36.50 for my replacement only for them tp then state that i must certify that i originally held a white card, had to confirm my postal address, had to have clear certified photos of three forms of Government ID, had to fill out some nonsense about an urban e learning declaration form about why ive lost my card and to top that all off i had… Read more

to have all forms of id certified by a Justice of the Peace at COURTHOUSE. but before telling you all this they happily take your money and wont give refunds absolute joke of a company

Zero star if I could – Took more than 4 weeks and still unable to complete a 7-hour RSA course because of their poor services. There were lots of accessing errors in each module and each section that I have to email them every single time to fix it. Their online study portal was a complete failure. frustrations. I finally end up requesting to deregister from my course and a full refund, however, haven't heard anything from them. Luckily that I found another agency, able to complete and submit a new cert to my employer. Anyway, their course is such a pain. Do not get yourself into these frustrating processes.

TLIF006: WORST COURSE, STAY AWAY.DO IT WITH SOMEONE ELSE – took 1 month to complete a 7 hour course, mate did it from KRTS in half a day. stupid, illogical questions. there excuse is, some things are out of course, the truth is only some things are from the course content provided. Do not do feedback until all modules are assessed.

Stay away from this- so bad – this is honestly the worst course I ever done. stupid, illogical questions, unpractical. You have to do the whole quizz again if you get a question wrong and you can't even acess the course conent while you have to answer overcomplicated questions. stay away from this bullshitcourse

Complicated Process – Their RSA course lacks logic and they are making it overly complicated to get this assessment done. If you think about saving time doing your RSA this way, think again. There is nothing quick about this. It will take you about a week to get it.

Don't put your child or your self through this pain! – I have regretted not checking ratings for urban e learning. This was extremely traumatic from the process of registering, to the inflexibility and hounding we had for not getting through the complex and old fashioned process of registering for a course. We went to Blue Dog and all I can say is the team at Urban E Learning should copy their process and kindness - i spent so much money on your course, then paid admin fees and was told my son was ignoring emails that were in junk mail and he went 'awol' (he was sick in the bathroom) etc. He was cancelled from the course several times due to things I wish we could have prevented - in the end we were treated with lectures and its all our fault. Unless this company starts again and re-designs the application process and re-trains staff to be understanding and a flexible approach - you will lose your business and lose money. Sorry I hate reviewing but this is a company that needs a kick. PS Blue Dog took us under their wing and had heaps of places, made us feel comfortable from the phone call to the course teachers.

Worst – Horrible customer service, immediately wanted a refund and they refused. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES this is the worst company I've ever come across for training by far. Total scam and waste of time

Extremely Poor Service DO not pay them a cent – The WORST Service in Australia I have seen. Not only was i unable to Start my course after i PAID it in full a refund within 24 hours was refused.

Nightmare - do not use this company – This is a review for the RSA course. They state it will take four hours. The slides ether did not have correct information eg: all alcohol had the same alcohol percentage or just did not work so I was unable to progress to the next slide. times trying different answers all of which came back as being incorrect. This happened in every. single. module and every time I had to phone support and it would take them multiple days to fix. Some videos do not play and the ones that did cannot be skipped so every time I have to do redo the course I have to yet again sit through the entire thing.

In total the multiple choice segment of the course actually took approximately 10 hours to complete and multiple frustrated emails and phone calls to support.

I have been at my job for 3 months now and STILL don't have my RSA from this company. I am on my final observation report and they have knocked it back TWICE. This report cannot be completed by me - it is to be filled out by my supervisor so this is obviously wearing thin. At this point I don't see how I'm ever going to get my RSA.

Do not deal with this company - they are completely incompetent.

The fire safety course was great – Course content was great and I learned a lot. Self paced and from home - would definitely recommend. Well set out, logical, interesting and the test consolidated what I had learned.

Don't do your RSA through this company – Worst online experience I've ever had. Content kept freezing. Then I couldn't get into the course to finish it! 4 emails later I've given up. They keep telling me I have compatibility issues, tried 2 other computers and my iPhone and still the same thing. Do not buy this course – Everything about this online course is stupid and a big waste of time and money. I suggest doing your online courses somewhere else. Huge waste of time before you even get into the course itself. You type all the details in correctly and the page will repeatedly tell you you havent, thus wasting even more of your time before you even get into the course

Terrible – Zero stars. Pay for a service that they cannot provide. I sat the online RSA course to discover they do not actually provide the certificate until you have bar work experience. No employer will hire you without one: chicken-egg scenario. I was turned down by an employer and ended up paying again, re-sitting and getting my certificate from another… Read more

Awful – Absolutely awful. I ended up giving up and doing another course, completely wasting my money. They also make you pay upfront instead of once you have completed the course.

Terrible Experience – This course is not practical. You got to try many times to pass the assessments. Waste of time. Do another course.

The worst online course I have done ever – I wish I could give them zero stars. I started doing white card with them days ago and still have not finished. My friend did the same course with another online provider and finished it in half a day and had to pay when he finished his assessment. They charge you in the beginning because they know you would not be happy and would not finish it. So many issues and troubles. Don't waste your time.
