Awesome! – I bought my baby pink one back in 2008? its now 2013 and its still working beautifully. The only minor fault is that the springs squeak when you clap it shut.. no big deal! I'd still keep it but I'm upgrading to a nice new one, because I can :)

OK – I don't understand why the on/off button would break all of a sudden. A bit disappointed, while it started out as a great product. First it was an excellent product. I have only used the hair straightener for 2 months and left it at home while I had to be away for a while. When I used it again after a year, the on/off button was no longer working.

Excellent – Overall, this is a fantastic hair styler that is very underrated/not heard enough about! It's not as cheap as like, Remington or tightarse stylers from Big W but you get what you pay for... colour. Heats up quickly, ceramic plates leave hair looking shiny and fabulous. I really have no complaints. Mine is just starting to get this annoying squeak when I clamp it.
