contacted local salon who have no idea what to do. In excess of $1000 of pre-paids and I get no refund. BEWARE! Will be taking this to Fair Trading.

I was gifted an Urban Spa voucher from my boss. When I went to use it at the Wahroonga store for a special, I was informed that they would not accept it because it was 'free'. owner is very nasty, she accused me on the review of upsetting her staff, when I was only trying to get them to accept the voucher. Tried to use it at a local Urban Spa, where they only take bookings online but you can't use the voucher with an online booking. Finally gave up so Urban Spa have the money but I have no gift.

Urban Spa Gift Card Warning – I bought a gift voucher from Urban Spa Rhodes for Father's Day. The card was for use at any Urban Spa. unfortunate that they will not honor a branded voucher that was sold as being able to be used at any store. This is a warning that even if you deal with a franchise product it is not supported if a store closes.
