Overall very happy – Like any home design you need to spend lots of time getting your design and specs right upfront to avoid $$$ blowout. We did this and it payed off! It's rare these days to find a builder who is willing to spend time with you to build a home that you personally design...most will show their catalogue and ask you to pick one with little to no variations...this was the best thing about Urbayne. The customer service wasn't great and our supervisor wasn't really interested in talking to us but we always kept a close eye out on things to make sure the build was heading in the right direction.

The quality of finish is a bit up and down...for example the tiling is perfect but the painting is terrible but overall it is good to very good.

While we have had some serious issues after moving in (constant roof leaks) they have always come back to fix the problem and after a year everything seems spot on.

Overall Urbayne build beautiful homes which cost at least $1400 per sqm but you can be confident you will have a unique, quality product which will be backed up by service if things go wrong. They were willing to build my design at a reasonable price too many roof leaks

Good – Go and see their display in Balwyn its so nice & different. Staff always pick up the phone and are willing to answer my questions on the same call. Urbayne Homes has a fresh attitude to building. Everything is explained in detail (no hidden stuff), staff are helpful and the quality is excellent. We did lots of display home looking and if you look at the other major competitors, you really do get a stella quality finish (and it will not break the bank).

Upgrades were very reasonable, not worth doing yourself! Wanted to move into my home less than 5 months into the build. My mother was coming from overseas and wanted to show off my new hourse to her! Not urbayne's fault at all - I was just too Eager!

Good – We are at a very early stage but it has been a relief to have found a builder that provides straight answers to our questions. Were going to use another big builder (starts with M)but just couldn't get a reasonable response from them. Looking forward to the next stage. Positive can do attitude. Design attractive. Pricing actually inlcudes floor covering etc. The display house was along way away.

Good – Not much to complain about. I would highly recommend them. This is now my 3rd home that I have built. As the saying goes 3rd time lucky. Great design, great service and great advise. I love my house its perfect. Couldn't negotiate some of the extra's that I really wanted. Had to extend my budget by 5%.

Good – House completed on time without my personal supervision (because i live in WA). Few months delays during construction with Citywestwater (VIC), but it wasn't their fault. House was completed immaculately during hand over. However, the backyard soil was not level (slanting down), they could have easily level it during construction, or at least give me an option to level at an extra cost. However, I'm quite satisfied. I would give 4 out of 5. Modern design, immaculate quality & profesional staff Cost a bit more than other builder, backyard soil was not level.
