Total scam, doesn't even work in major cities in the USA eg LA , Palm Springs. I haven't had internet our whole trip, ive tried to troubleshoot and contact them for support but i can never get on to them / no body gets back to me. I went for the unlimited data pack and ive used no data. I should have just paid for roaming.

A VERY GOOD PRODUCT WITH LIMITS
In June 2019 I bought a USA pre-paid sim card for use in the US and Canada. The SIM card was advertised as effective in the US and Canada. In the US the card worked flawlessly; commencing on the date I had chosen and concluding on the date agreed. However, I was not able to receive any service in Sydney or in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. I was on a cruise from the US and when the ship returned to US coastal towns the card again worked well. I do not know if the sim card would operate in other parts of Canada but tourists should be aware that it did not work in Nova Scotia. Otherwise an excellent product.

Worked well - no problems in USA
Worked as described from landing in LA - USA no problems. Read instructions and all is OK.
Only 1 recommendation for changes in instructions as to AT & T APN settings on set-up.....APN instructions appears as . (dots) between default,mms,supi,hipri when in fact these are , commas.
I suggest USAPREPAIDSIMCARD alter set up instructions to cover this issue.

Had a very bad experience.... not trustworthy, did not work as advertised, rude staff.
Honestly, I really hardly ever write reviews, but I feel like I need to let others know about my bad experience with them. I used it twice for two trips (honestly cause it was just cheaper to keep the sim card and pay for more data than to go with a whole other service .... what could go wrong right?!? ..i was wrong).
Honestly all my interaction with the staff has made me think they all hate their jobs lol. The first time I used them I made sure I read all the FAQ's, made sure how it worked. I asked a simple question about tracking details a...nd got a very rude response. Basically asking why I was asking this and that I need to learn how to read. I'll save you the trouble: Tracking details are not clear, and it seems weird that they wouldn't give out a tracking number considering its such a large price for a very small package. I wanted to be 100% sure I was in the office that day. Rude service, but whatever. Any way, went on my first trip. Worked fine. When the second trip came around, I paid for more data, and I emailed to 100% double check that I would have a data plan for that very same sim card on the dates I was travelling and it was extremely important I made a call as soon as I landed in LA. Surprise, another rude response from the very bitter team. Whatever. But guess what didn't work when I landed. I even put my dates as earlier to ENSURE this would be working. Nope. I had to find wifi and connect (not always possible, don't know what I would have done if I couldn't get on wifi!). Then emailed them a very frantic email, to which I got a fast response which was good, but it was obvious the service hadn't been turned on until that email because as soon as I got a reply it magically started working.... then their rude staff basically stated that it was working and I must have been trying to call an Australian number which is why it didn't work. I definitely wasn't. It's obviously someone screwed up big time. So why was I paying for a data plan just to have to connect to wifi in LAX to be able to even get it to work? Rude service I can handle (seriously... their staff are REALLY rude)... but when something just plain doesn't work when you were guaranteed it would... absolutely crap. This is NOT worth the money. There are far better ones out there.
Not setup on time bad customer service
Sim card was not setup upon arrival. After a full day of not reaching anyone via all contact methods; phone, email and messenger, i got a response several hours later telling me to restart the phone. Phone was setup correctly and connected to at&t. They changed something in the account and it worked the following day. The later admitted to not have activated the sim. Missed a full day of the service, having to use other means, terrible customer service. Not even an apology or owned up to their mistake.
Next time will buy an at&t card from walmart and get shipped here via my us account.
Otherwise when it worked it worked perfect.

Just wanted to leave a review for a sim card we purchased for the USA from www.usaprepaidsimcard.com.au. Everything about the sim card was great from the pre-sales questions that I had through to the instructions and then when we used the sim card in the USA. Our plan had calls and SMS and 4GB of data and we were able to hotspot our phone when we found that the internet in our hotel was very slow! The best part was having a local USA number that we could...give to airlines, because when we were in Las Vegas our flight got cancelled and we got a text message sent to our USA mobile number! I just wish they did something similar for Europe because that's where we are now and it has been impossible to get something here. If I find something similar I'll post a review about it too!
