A professional, prompt and polite service – Uwe attempted to find the parts for my Blanco dishwasher after an initial inspection to uncover the problem. Svetlana later advised me that unfortunately the parts were no longer available so instead said Uwe would install a new product when I purchased a replacement for no extra charge since mine couldn't be repaired.

Professional team, excellent service – We used Uwe to install our new BORA induction cooktop. It has a downdraft exhaust, which mystified our kitchen cabinet maker. September 22nd 2019 Update: Great, old-fashioned service

What a brilliant service. So easy to organise an appointment. Uwe came on time, as promised, and in under an hour the fault on my Bora cooktop was repaired. Uwe is neat, careful and incredibly knowledgeable. He even gave my V-Zug ovens a quick maintenance check while he was here just to make sure the software was up to date. I highly recommend Uwe and Svetlana - an excellent team.

Great service and very friendly technician – Uwe did a fantastic job in repairing our Samsung fridge that was giving us grief. As we were desperate to get the fridge working asap he arrived the next day isolated the issue and replaced the faulty part straight away. Recommended 100%
