Real scummy and shady company – Everything about this company is terrible. Advertised $90 connection fee for 25mbps and $25 for a VOIP connection BUT does not advertise the access fee of $17 which is scarcely mentioned in the contract( which we missed) which puts its price well above competitors for what you're getting. connection. Paying for 25mbps and don't get above 15 even at 3 o'clock in the morning when no else is awake and don't ask about during the day at peak hours. Support doesn't even help with this poor connection and just says to restart the router and says to call back in a few hours if there is still an issue.

What's EVEN worse is that they recently changed the unlimited download limit to a capped one with the reason being that it is a new network that is "much faster" but in reality has had no noticeable impact other than us having to limit our usage.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AND DON'T LISTEN TO ANYONE THAT SAYS OTHERWISE!
