Customer service was great – I called the vac shop as they had the sebo felix on sale which was cheaper than going direct to sebo. me questions about the carpet how it looked and felt, she was confident that I could use the felix, so I bought over the phone with her and my vacuum arrived a couple days later. She also gave me instructions over the phone on how to use the new vacuum so I didn't have to read the manual.

Fast and efficient! – Vac Shop staff know their products so well. They don't push for you to buy the most expensive cleaner, but take the time to ascertain your household needs and recommend the appropriate machine. Great shopping experience – My aged Dyson DC08 turbine head finally died. Online research showed the VacShop with a genuine part at a fair price. While I was a bit hesitant ordering due to the "order first, then call to pay by card" payment method I was delighted with the friendly service at the other end of the phone. Less than 24 hours later the part was delivered. Works perfectly and is indeed a genuine part.
