Valco Titan

Good – Bought this 3 years ago on special for about $175 I think against sales person's advice (of course wanted to sell me the Maclaren). I hated it for a long while - perhaps a bit of pram envy for the mountain buggies! Now I love it. Still using it for kid number 2 and looking for a double. New parents don't be fooled by wanting a lightweight stroller to fit in the car. You won't notice any difference and tipping is a NIGHTMARE at the shops in other brands (even those expensive ones ;-0). Never tips. Doesn't matter how much junk I put on it - even with no kids in it!! Looks nice. Cheaper than its Maclaren Vogue competition. Adjustable area at end of seat - folds up to tuck in sleeping kids. Seat buckle a little tricky for Nanna to undo (but at least 2.5 year old can't undo it). Seat padding isn't that great. Fabric stretched at edge of seat (under legs) so that it sags in the middle. Needs a viewing window. Front wheel keeps falling off (prob just mine).

Good – This is very light and compact. Suits my limited bot space well. Would buy again, although I hate the silly buckle. Very light and easy to steer. Good sized shade. The buckle, some weird design and you need a lesson to learn how to undo and do it up, not practical for carers or will husbands.
