I have ordered at Valentino online 18 Dec 2025 and was emailed my order has been shipped 19 Dec. with DHL. But to this date 29 Dec, with regular tracking check, my parcel is still on hold in Italy. I have my order number from Valentino and tracking number from DHL. Stressed and worried i have wrote several emails to Valentino and all i got is the same reply ~ today their reply is again that they will refer to relevant department. Problem with Valentino i also wrote on their site on their form regarding my order twice but no reply. I tried calling their Chadstone and David Jones Valentino but their phones are not working. So i rung DHL but all they can say is it is on hold in Italy. I emailed DHL and they replied that i should contact the sender to complete the paper works - i presumed the DHL in Italy or wherever my parcel is on hold has not informed valentino of the problem nor Valentino has not even communicated with them how my parcel is. So am stuck NOWHERE to go what to do with the issue as Valentino has not taken any step to resolve the problem. So i am giving this review so people would be more cautious ordering with Valentino online because when you got an issue there is no one from Valentino you can contact for assistance. You are left hanging and on your own. The stress the worry Valentino gave me is just too much. Burberry is excellent when it comes to issues about online orders. Thank you
