very unwelcome especially because I installed the pool(IMO) .Help was never willingly given. The instructions provided were marginal. After 2 years plus no more faults except the Vac/skimmer set up needs a rethink at the factory.

As a pool that cost $11k + incl pool fence/decking ,transport, crane hire(to unload $600) I can do seven strokes end to end?? its ok and on a hot day!!!! The look(finished) is much better than the other above ground ones available.

Our beautiful pool a year after instillation – Great communication and efficient installation. Chris who came to install our pool in Toowoomba knew exactly what he was doing. We opted to do all landscaping ourselves and the overall result we could not hemorrhagic pleased with!  Show details

Buyer BEWARE Do dot deal with this company do some research on them before hand – Delivered a defective pool had a lot of dramas getting it all sorted buyer beware shonky operation!!!!!!!!! Affordable but cheap in quality – We have purchased a pool from "Value Pools" in early 2019. These pools are manufacturing with very thing fiberglass layers to reduce the cost. Its Engineer's drawing says the pool shell is minimum 5mm thick. We have noticed the delivered pool shell was even less than 3mm in some areas during the cutouts for plumbing. in most parts of the Australia and always we could expect some movements. And also not practicable to achieve specified backfill compaction around the pool as the access is limited below the steps and fiberglass being flexible material. Even sand backfill with water not really working to some extent. So the pool shell should be thick and strong enough to hold the soil movements until backfill get settled.

5 to 6 months later, we have noticed a crack appeared in one corner of the pool and value pools are not willing to repair it under their warranty while blaming for the installation. Worth mentioning, they are not very professional at warranty issues.

So is it really worth purchasing this quality pools though purchase price is bit less???

Now I feel like I made a mistake in choosing this product as there are quality fiberglass pools available in the market for extra few dollars. You will always get best offers in offseason sales.

Worst Company I have ever had to deal with – Product delivered damaged. Will not send another unless I pay more money which only got stated after my husband passed and I wouldn't have trusted it would have been sent. Payed for pool at the end of 2019 and still nothing. beware of any 5 star reviews posted regarding this company due to being affiliation with the company to increase ratings. Greg has a history of manipulationing reviews. He has removed the ability to review on facebook due to all the bad reviews previously and stopped google reviews for the same reason and when people affiliated with the company were reported. He has attempted to do this same with product review and some have been reported and removed but he changes tactics often. Fortunately he cannot remove genuine product review comments as he has done in the past but I can see he has been working on people to get the ratings. Also be aware that many bad reviews are unable to be posted due to being threatened it will compromise their case. Please be aware there are many people impacted by this guy. There are many good companies out there that don't have this history, don't take the risk. He is a seasoned lier and tells everyone the same lies about those impacted and how the guy convicted was not associated with him. We have much evidence showing Brad did work for Greg and unfortunately allot realise we have all be duped by the same lies after we have been impacted by him. He is a criminal that I am so surprised is allowed to trade given so many impacted by his dodgy business. I get messages regularly from new people impacted. Please also be aware if you have problems with the pool, qbcc know this guy very well given how many complaints have been put forward but fail to assist. The police also know Greg well. If you have been impacted by Greg please report to the police. I understand some have had success using Greg but its like Russian roulette on who gets a satisfactory service. It's not worth the risk.
