I bought a DJI neo 2 drone from this company through dick smith marketplace, it was a big mistake. The drones they sell are not for the Australian market. They are purchased in china then the DJI seal is broken so that the firmware can be reset to Australian regulations. Consequently because they have been tampered with and are not factory configured they cannot be covered by the DJI care refresh insurance.Dick Smith customer service saved my day. They got me a refund . Their advertising for the drone is a direct copy of the DJI advert but they tacked on a cheesy, poorly translated paragraph at the very end to cover themselves and when I contacted them through the marketplace they tried to hide behind this illegal disclaimer. They cannot be contacted directly as they have no phone number or email in Australia. Avoid for your own peace of mind.

Most useless compnay I've ever dealt with. Id never ever buy anything from them ever again.
Seller is a Scammer – Marketplace seller listed an item with a significant discount without the intention of honouring the order. Within 3 days after online order was placed, seller gave the same excuse - item was lost during transit and we do not stock the same model. This marketplace seller kept recycling the same excuse when they refuse to honour their advertised items online. They also operate as Vchain Store Au Please steer clear

Terrible – BEWARE! Not an Australian online store at all, NOTHING "AU" about them, they are based in CHINA as Trading "VOCEAN" HK. They asked me for my driver's license AFTER I bought an LG PuriCare Facemask for which PAID FOR using VISA and the money deducted from my VISA and paid to "VOCEAN 4029357733 HK", See screenshot below. Soon after got an email where they claimed that there was a hold up with PAY PAL, they needed a copy of my DRIVERS LICENSE to confirm I live at the address? See screenshot below. The address I put down for DELIVERY? What, they think I'll give SOMEONE ELSES ADDRESS???
Have tried ringing them ever since, NOBODY ANSWERING PHONE, they don't answer emails.
Have referred them to the Australian Federal Police for investigation. A "CONSUMER ALERT" is also going out on Monday.
I have today contacted BPay, and they have confirmed that the money has been sent through to Vchain "VOCEAN 4029357733 HK" without problem! Also Bpay strongly advised me NOT to send drivers license info to them because BPay would NEVER ask for this especially via third parties or especially ONLINE.
UPDATE:
Contacted today informing me that my order has been cancelled! (See screenshot) Probably for me warning others about this shoddy company based in CHINA! Money has been refunded after I lodged a dispute with my card company and Bpay too.
