I had to replace and repair a part for a broken hideaway cistern. The parts were shipped quickly and when I had trouble with installation, Dean was incredibly helpful and patient. He talked me through the whole complicated process, numerous times, until it worked! Thank you so much for helping to solve this tricky toilet problem. Verotti Bathroom Culture is highly recommended and I'll be in contact again as I have four more to sort out now. :) Thank you so much Dean.
Follow-up · After successfully fixing the first cistern, with Dean's help I ordered the parts for four more. They arrived quickly from interstate and once again, Dean was brilliant in the way he patiently helped me install them through numerous phone calls and face time. I don't think I have ever had such fantastic help from a trades-person or store. Finally being able to fix these flushing problems that have gone on for six years has been amazing! Beautiful and quality! – I ordered a timeless shower screen for my bathroom makeover from Verotti Culture that specialises in bathroom wear from Reece (Taren Point, NSW) showroom. A bit expensive, but it's timeless finish and quality is worth it. I wanted to achieve an open space, yet still have some style to the bathroom while protecting the vanity from the shower, whenever I shower, the side of the vanity's panel gets a good spraying. The lads that came to install the shower screen were very good, and tidy! I was impressed how well they cleaned up after themselves, unlike other tradies/company workers that do the job but leave their mess behind.
The staff from both Verotii Culture and Reece were extremely helpful with the many adjustments that had to be made to our renovation, saving us a lot of money.

Happy with their online service and product – I needed to replace soft close toilet seats and enquired via their online contact form if the spare parts mentioned on their website were the correct ones. I received a detailed reply within 3 days, including costs. Once ordered, the shipment was organised quickly, with great communication and tracking. Parcel arrived 3 days later, well-protected and undamaged. I would recommend this shop.

Verotti don't stand behind their products – Had soft close piston fail only a couple of months after 2 year warranty lapsed. Verotti forced me to purchase replacement pistons. Fair enough - only $49 for the part. Had that fail after just 3 months and contacted Verotti to obtain another replacement under 2 year spare parts warranty and was told I shouldn't have been able to purchase that spare part because it was "the decision of their Directors" to make customers purchase the whole seat at a higher cost "even if it is easy to change by oneself."
