Im only giving one star as it wont let me give nil. They are a Chinese company and frauds. I asked to return the clothing as it was nothing like I ordered. I had to pay for it to return to the factory in China. I sent it to exactly the address I was given. Three months later it arrived back to me saying no address known. Avoid them at all costs; they are trash! Show details
A Chinese business, not Australian. Their shirt XL size is a small M size. Customers need to return goods to China and, even then, their returns policy doesn't work. Do not use. Show details
Absolute scam! Avoid this place like the plague. Purchased 3 shirts for my husband for Christmas and when received I said “I’m fairly sure these came from Temu not a fancy store in Melbourne. The size was small child size absolutely nowhere near the size I ordered (from the sizing chart). I sent the items back to China hoping for a refund but some 3 months later I am still waiting! Please do not buy from these crooks. Show details
Scammed – Cheap Chinese rubbish. Sizes are no where near correct. Items are unwearable. Needed to ship back at my expense and no refund given. Not Melbourne based as advertised. Do not buy. Avoid at all costs Show details
Avoid – Stupidly ordered 3 tees thinking it was a Melbourne based shop. They got me! Product eventually arrived from China. Awful quality, sizing all wrong. Unwearable. Contacted for a refund and they never responded. AVOID.
Scammer alert – Scammer! Do not buy from this site. Absolute garbage products. Show details
Stay away! – They supplied items that clearly didn't match their own size chart. I even sent them photos with the items next to a measuring tape. However, while acknowledging the size they provided was wrong they insisted I pay the return shipping cost of $37 to China, my total purchase cost was $90. Stay away from this China based company that has no presence in Aus!
Worst purchase ever! – AVOID, AVOID AVOID! I have never seen 100% terrible reviews anywhere. I'm so silly for not checking the reviews first. It's a total scam! They have nothing to do with Aussie or Melbourne.
Avoid - Just go straight to TEMU – Avoid - The name is misleading as is the website which you think is in Australia. When you want to return the product you must send to China at your cost. The sizes and quality are worse than Temu. At least if you bought from Temu you'd get similar quality for about 10% of the price of Verve Melbourne
WARNING AVOID AVOID – Shocking quality. Ridiculous sizing. Don't be tempted and I really should have known better. There is no actual shop, just a warehouse somewhere in China. Took 6 weeks to arrive. If you have to return an item you must pay the postage to China. Avoid at all costs and save yourself the embarrassment of being so easily ripped off.
Rubbish! – If you’re tempted, don’t! Took a month for rubbish product to arrive - no labels, no detail, different colours. Going straight to charity op shop. Fortunately didn’t spend too much -so called sale - but lesson learned, never again.
Product terrible – Poor quality and very poor fitting… do not use this company…they have no presence in Melbourne… returns only to China at your expense with no guarantee of getting your money back… use at your own peril
Warning!!! – WARNING. Paid $49.95 for shorts. Cheap crappy shorts. When you go into TemuI they are exact shorts and exact photo - $9 shorts. Obviously Verve buy from Temu and charge an exorbitant price to you. DONT TOUCH THEM!!! Show details

Avoid at all costs! – Avoid at all costs! Shirts took forever to arrive, were so undersized they were unwearable, and impossible to navigate return process (post back to China for Verve Melbourne).
Buyers Beware! – Buyers Beware! I thought I was buying shirts from Melbourne, and not from China. It took a few weeks to finally get the package. And the quality and colours do not match what is shown on the website, and the sizes run big. The excuse the customer support manager gave me was "the images on our website may appear enhanced due to technological… Read more
adjustments, which can sometimes create slight discrepancies in color or appearance..." And to get your money back, you have to post back to China at your own expense. Never again! If only I checked this website first to see real reviews posted by real people...
Don’t purchase from Verve Melbourne – Fraudulent website on instagram. Makes it appear that it’s a boutique clothing store in Melbourne and Australian owned. All items come from Asia, takes forever to arrive and then clothing is cheap quality and terrible sizing. To return clothes, they need to be posted back to Asia at the expense of the customer. Don’t be fooled by the reviews on their site as you can’t leave one on the website as a paying customer.
Not as advertised – Similar to other reviews, product that arrived was nothing like what was advertised. Poor fitting, low quality materials. The pants I ordered were absolutely nothing like the pants that arrived. Cannot stress enough that this is a fraudulent and illegitimate business, passing itself off as a Melbourne based business and purveyor of mens designer clothing. Not happy at all.

Verve clothing decievers – Fraudulent website advertising high end quality clothing on Instagram. The quality of the item that arrives is sub-standard and not what's advertised. In my instance I ordered 'cotton linen' pants. A cheaply manufactured, nylon, ill-fitting pair in a far lighter shade of grey arrived. So different from the item advertised it was shocking. Then the… Read more
return is not to Melbourne or Sydney where the business says it is based. They insist the item is sent to China, instead of local post. Which is nearly half the price of the item! Verve know this and expect this as a deterrant to customer returns. The two pictured items are the website product. The rest are the item I received. Huge difference. Be very aware if you think what's advertised is what you're going to get, think again. They even cut off the product material label so you can't verify the material. See pictures.
