Vet Net Supplies

Terrible - service non-existent – I ordered & paid - 3 days later still no confirmation. "Payment pending" was the excuse on the order tracking (paid by Paypal so payment was made at the time of order). No reply to my email query. Is this a scam?

Very poor customer service (zero communication) – I ordered a product for my cat. The web site took my order, saying the item was in stock, and their Paypal system was happy to charge my credit card. advertised email address. No response. After a couple of business days I phoned their advertised mobile number - it went to voicemail on both occasions and I never got a call back. I then tried their online contact forms - no response after a couple of business days.

I managed to get their web site to show the status of my order (after having to search for the order number) and it was saying "pending payment".

I was a bit irate at this point so I emailed them requesting a refund and an explanation of why they charged my card but hadn't shipped any product.

Not expecting a reply, I started to seek a dispute with my card provider, only for us to discover that they had in fact refunded the charge 1 week after I purchased. I received no notification of this refund whatsoever or a reason for it. I suspect they actually didn't have stock of the product that I ordered and that it was easier just to refund the purchase.

I won't be ordering from them ever again.

Good value products – Have been getting supplies of tick and flea and dewormer for my dog from them for awhile. They are cheaper than most suppliers and reliable and fast in delivery of the products

Paid for products products don't exist be very aware – I looked on the vet net site, saw the products that I needed were in stock well that's what the vet net site said, I paid for the products still nothing saying items were not In stock, being the Easter weekend I wasn't expecting anything for a while, received an email from vet net stating the product I ordered is not in stock and they do not stock… Read more

the product anymore, I then am told I need to pay quite a bit extra to have another product which does the same treatment but is more expensive, I email back stating that I feel it is unfair that I pay extra when the site said the product I first bought was in stock, I told them it should have never been advertised as being in stock if in fact it wasn't, wasting my time trying to get vet net to be fair and reasonable, people need to first check with vet net that what vet net advertise is actually in stock don't believe what you see on there site, chances are you won't get what you ordered instead you will be slugged for more money to buy another product that treats the same ailment.

As a result I have had to pay the extra as I need to treat my animals ASAP one thing is for sure vet net has lost a potentially good customer for there lack of consideration and for not keeping there site updated at all times, shame on vet net

Dogs are happy and so am I – Got nothing but but positives to write about Vet Net Supplies as from purchase to delivery the whole process was smooth and easy! Saved a bundle by taking advantage of their monthly discounts, had a few questions which I sent through by email and got a response back within a couple of hours.
