Veur Knife Sharpener

The knife is held in position by a magnet, this is not strong enough for a normal kitchen knife (200mm). The knife will not stay in position. The apparatus by design is not very wide - only 60mm so longer knives tend to bend as they are not supported along the length. The instructions supplied are minimal at best. It is not possible to email Veur to ask questions, there are no contact details on the web site, not idea how you would buy replacement carbides. Delivery was via TOLL, which in country areas is very poor. Overall a bit disappointing.
