Highly recommend this place for phone repairs! My phone was badly damaged, but VG Phones fixed it quickly and made it look brand new again. I'm a happy customer—5 stars!

happening, I went and asked for my phone back and asked for a refund of my money. Credit to them, they proceeded to refund my money. In the meantime I had wasted a week, been given misleading and/or inaccurate information, strung along and been left without a phone for a week They had been unable to fix it but credit to them, they did refund my money.

Terrible quality and service – Had my cracked screen replaced for $250 in early January, thought it was great. In late April, conveniently 1 week after the warranty ended, the screen stopped working without any reason. Took it to another shop in the CBD, and without mentioning I had it replaced once before he said that the previous repairer used a dodgy screen.

Would never go again, and would never recommend VGphones.

Completely satisfied – Very friendly employees.Also completely satisfied with VG Phones.Really fast services, dropped of my phone in the morning and got it back only a few hours later! My phone works like a charm again and looks as if it's brand new. I gave them 5 stars and highly recommended for everyone !

Low Price But Definitely Not Worth The Risk! – I brought my HTC M8 in here with a smashed screen, they replaced the screen but it sat very crookedly so I asked them to fix it, they then made it a bit better but the screen never sat flush. again but after a few more weeks the glue didn't hold and the screen detached from the body and this was after the warranty. The screen eventually stopped working and so I needed to get it replaced somewhere else. The people at this other store opened it up and informed me that a really bad repair had been done and that electrical tape was used over a connection which is apparently a really stupid move.

Very good customer service – I took my daughters iPhone in for a cracked screen replacement. The guys fixed the screen in half an hour. my daughter had water damage in her phone (I think more likely alcohol damage from partying on the weekend). The guys fixed it for me and didn't charge me a cent. I am very grateful and cant believe the other reviews on here saying they are dishonest etc. I found them to be very friendly and they did me a big favour. If I took that water damaged phone to the apple store they would have charged me a bomb to fix it. Would definitely recommend VG Phones and will use them again in the future.

the delay was and was advised that there were delays in getting parts. I am a patient man. I got the same response each month when I called. In Sep 2014 I expressed my disappointment and was offered a new replacement phone for an additional cost of $200. I declined this offer and demanded my phone back in working order. In mid Nov 14 (6 months later) they advised that they could not source the parts needed and offered me a full refund and return of the phone. I was expecting the phone to be in the same condition as it was when I first presented it to them (original broken screen installed). However, there was additional damage - the back flexed and the side SIM cover was damaged. This was identified by another repairer who would not offer me any guarantee that he could fix the unit.

I returned to VGphone store on 7 Dec 2014 and demanded they repair the phone at the original quoted price. They refused saying they could not get parts. When I asked if they would fix the phone if I get the parts, they agreed. There was no indication of cost and they left me with the impression that the labour would be covered by them in compensation for the trouble and delays they had caused. That day I sourced a screen from Hong Kong and it arrived at VGPhones on 15 Dec.

Now they are demanding a $50 labour charge to install the new screen.

They have made no attempt to compensate for the damage they caused nor the inconvenience and delays they created.

Pathetic service & dishonest folks – Went there for my Samsung note sim tray repair, they have hammered the sim tray and ended up damaging my baseband being corrupted and IMEI number going unknown and the phone is now done for ever. To top it all the service technician had the audacity to say it was received in that state....disgusting lie and annoying experience!!!

Cheap iphone 5 screen repair – It had been a good experiences for me with my iPhone 5 screen fixed here ... while enjoy my shopping at Ikea same time, free 4 hours parking so not bad. highly recommended anyone with their phone broken. my phone once again it look brand new, hopefully i will not drop it again :( inexpensive,customer service,fast turnaround
