Vic Leak Detection

Very unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment over the phone, was told the plumber/technician would come between 8 and 10am on a Wednesday. Technician never showed, received no contact until 4 hours later when I got a text telling me the technician had "taken the day off." I was then offered another appointment for 8-9am Friday, which I accepted, and again the plumber/technician didn't show. This time without follow up contact. Very unprofessional.

Scam do not use!! Provided a leak report then a quote to fix the issue but did not fix garage still leaked one month after work. Did not provide warranty for two months then did not honor warranty to come and fix issue. Now taking them to VCAT!!!

very dissatisfied with service. Leak detection on 19/12/24, identified broken storm water drain under asphalt driveway however did not specify how far up the pipe the leak was. A plumber dug up the driveway over the water stain and the problem was an adjoining storm water drain that was under the naturestrip. This means I now have unnecessary asphalt repairs required plus the extra labour cost to dig it up and now $1000 to repair after I paid $390.50 for a camera inspection of the drains to accurately identify the problem before repairs. I have had no response from [Name Removed] in regards to this matter - DO NOT USE!!
