Two possums removed, but entrances not closed. - $600 So a possum has re-entered. Scam alerts all over the internet. DON'T GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY
As I write this, I can still hear possums partying in my roof despite paying Aron over $800 to fix the issue. He promised to capture and seal entry point. He then said we had a rodent problem and quoted a high amount just for rat traps. Only one possum was ever caught. It took him hours to even collect it, and after that, communication disappeared completely. He rarely answers his phone and when we did the excuses were amazing, and after 19 unanswered calls and countless messages, it became clear we were being ignored.
He also promised three follow-up visits to resolve the problem none of which happened. Empty promises, poor workmanship, and zero accountability.
Avoid this business. Absolutely shocking service I have also been in touch with consumer affairs.
Follow-up · Nothing improved after we engaged Aron from Vic Possum Removal. We still hear possums in the roof, and no entry seal points were closed. The service was poor and the follow-up was terrible. This company doesn’t have “Google reviews,” and there are multiple sites with complaints about this business. Because of the poor service, I was able to halt partial payment. I can’t stress enough: stay away from this business.
