I honestly can’t believe I got a custommade ring for under $100. It’s exactly what I wanted, and the quality is so much better than I expected for that price. They helped me design a custom ring with my husband’s name on it. It’s rare to find a shop that actually takes the time to help you design something personal without charging a fortune.
I got some clip on earrings from Victoria’s Closet, which was a huge win. It’s surprisingly hard to find decent clip ons in Australia, so finding a shop that actually stocks them (and makes them look good) is a relief. The customer service was great, too. I sent an email with a few questions and got a really fast reply, which made the whole process feel way more reliable. Show details
The first necklace we ordered turned black in 3 days. They did offer to replace it which was great, but the second one arrived in the box, broken. They also offered to replace that, when it was sent back, it was already tarnished in the box having never been worn. All of this has taken 4 months. Absolute waste of money. Don't do it. Follow-up · Answer to questions. - No idea what caused the tarnishing - the second one arrived tarnished, brand new, in the box. The chain looked ok, although it was not attached to the name pendant, but the name pendant was already turning black in the box. - the box was not damaged at all - the refund was only made after posting this review. The initial communication was really good - then non-existent
I ordered the name necklace and delivery has taken 32 days and counting… The website says orders of this kind will arrive in 10 days (I’m assuming that’s business days). But I’ve been waiting 32 days (23 business days) so far and not getting anywhere when following up with the company. Absolutely stay away. Do not recommend. Show details
