Hello I am concerned that we bought tickets for Vietjet to fly in March but my husband only put first name and surname on the ticket . Does this matter when we are flying Hoi Chi MInh to Brisbane as our passport and visa will have our first name middle name and surname on our paper work?

Yeah they always match your name with passport. If not then they will charge you around $13-15 to change the name on the ticket

I would say change your airline as they are the worst airlines. Only travel with vietjet if you to handle all sort of hassle in the world

I agree. We paid the same price but we suffered a lot. You never know until you reach their service desks. They always ask for extra money for minor things

Danang to ho chi minh, on july 2, 2024, our check in was delayed by not having middle christian names , on our boarding pass. We were told to return to the check in line, wait n pay extra $12, to reprint a new boarding pass,showing middle christian names. All time consuming and stress. Please note , if you book a flight with this vietjet, there is only one space for surname , snd one space for a christian name. Be aware and forwarned. Add any middle name with the Single space, where it asks christian name. Many get tricked here. Better still, avoid vietjet if possible.
