Viole Grace

⭐ 0-Star Review: Extremely Poor Quality & Zero Customer Service I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Viole Grace to think twice. I bought the Eternal Cross Necklace (Rose Gold) and within one week of normal wear, the cross had completely tarnished and the rose-gold plating had rubbed off. This is despite the company advertising their jewellery as “waterproof,” “everyday wearable,” and protected by a lifetime colour warranty.” The product absolutely does not live up to these claims.

When I contacted the company, they initially replied asking for proof of purchase so they could organise a replacement. I sent this immediately. Since then, they have ignored every email I’ve sent—over 11 days of silence and counting. Their website promises customer responses within 24–48 hours, but they have not followed through.

At this point, I’ve had to lodge both a Fair Trading complaint and a chargeback through my bank due to the lack of communication. No customer should have to go to this extent just to receive support for a clearly faulty product.

Beautiful designs mean nothing if the quality is poor and the customer service is non-existent. I would not purchase from this company again, and I recommend others avoid them as well.
