Took the sting out – Used it in desperation last night to relieve some bad foot osteoarthritis pain. I think within 10 minutes I was starting to feel the effects and was able to relax. I know what it's *meant* to be for, but dang, guys get your human accreditation or whatever you need sorted, because this stuff can be very effective. Show details
Miracle – I have had multiple farm injuries, broken bones etc., following 25 years running our vineyard. No more need for ibuprofen or other gels and so-called pain relief on joints. At 72 I still enjoy running the farm and vineyard, many long hours in a tractor and manual labour. It's supposed to be strictly for horses and dogs, it works on humans as well. Show details
Been using this for years – I'm a War Vet and I have the injuries that come from that coupled with significant injuries from a hard sporting life. I have been using this product for more that 10 years and I have not used anything that even comes close to the rapid and lasting relief that it provides...and I think I have tried most things out there. At 79 this gets me… Read more

Rapigel on humans – I used Rapigel when i playing footy almost 30years ago, in juniors. Works better than all the other stuff I have tried. I'm still alive and kicking! I recommend it
This stuff really works - on humans! – The RAPIGEL website says it is a "muscle and joint relieving gel for horses and dogs" and is meant to reduce inflammation and swelling in joints and tendons, and relieve muscle soreness due to over exertion, fatigue and bruising IN ANIMALS. However this product is well known by people with arthritis and is sold at the chemist. I heard a group of… Read more
elderly men at the pharmacy talking about how great it is and they all recommended it. I asked my GP and she said she'd heard it worked on humans but was sceptical. I spoke to the pharmacist to make sure it wouldn't interfere with my prescribed medications, then purchased a 250ml jar (about $29). I have extensive arthritis and get flare ups of inflammation and pain around the joints, especially the knees and hands. When I'm in pain I have a warm bath or shower then apply this liberally on the painful joints and rub it in well. It's a clear, thick gel and isn't sticky. The isopropyl alcohol, menthol and camphor in the gel quickly gets to work, it feels VERY cold and then settles down. I start to get pain relief within 10 minutes and feel considerably better within 30 minutes, and it lasts for hours. You don't have to have a bath first - it just helps to relax. I use this in conjunction with my prescribed pain relief medication when I get break-through pain, and I prefer this to constant pill popping as even over the counter pain relief has side effects. Over the years I've spent a lot of money on other gels, creams etc from the chemist and they don't work as well as this. For pain that responds well to cold (like ice packs) this is well worth a try. Like all medicinal products you should talk to the pharmacist or your GP first to make sure it's suitable for you.
