How can this be only the 2nd review? I made a claim in March 2025 and the entire process dealing with this provider was woeful. Now I noticed there is a windscreen crack from the incident that was missed and they want me to make another $1300 excess payment when there is a $40 windscreen replacement option on my policy. I will be escalating this to the insurance Ombudsman if you don't respond in 48 hrs. Show details

Roadside Assist Virgin Car Insurance don't get it – We have roadside assist had to tow our car it was over by 2 km yet the way the tow truck wanted to go was 9km we shouldn't have to pay extra for his desired route when the quickest route was what Google map said was best choice was the 2km over route will be cancelling my roadside assist not happy going back to RACV
