checked the rest of the system found the gas was also low due to a valve leak. It is all fixed now. We could not be more pleased. I won't say anything about rate and fees as i don't have much idea to compare.

Service was fabulous, highly recommend – We had our ducted aircon unit replaced by Vital. The process from start to finish was excellent. They were efficient and timely. The staff were extremely polite, and cleaned up afterwards. The whole experience was very professional and stress free.

Quote "lost" – After on-site visit and a plan to install multiple air conditioning units, left with a promise to give a quote within 24 (business) hours. However a quote never was provided. Not really a reliable company.

air con unit would have been blowing hot air on the recent 45+ degree summer day. On the day of our booking, the technician called and asked me if he could come earlier in the morning, which suited me perfectly. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained why we needed to replace a particular part of our ducted air con system - he showed me what was wrong and also showed me photos of what it should look like. He answered all my questions and provided some really sound advice on our systems. I am so pleased with the service and professionalism of Vital and will be back whenever we need maintenance or repairs of our two systems! Thanks guys!
