Excellent service – Fantastic service. After reading some negative reviews, I was a bit concerned at first but decided to order anyway. I have to say I was very impressed as I ordered late Sunday afternoon 6th August and my order arrived on the Tuesday 8th August in Perth!! I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you Vitamin King

Great prices bur my order not delivered – Fantastic prices but sadly, order was not delivered. They use Star Track & you guessed it, they delivered to the wrong address. Won’t be ordering from Vitamin King again. I have removed their site from my socials. I’ll stick to iHerb & other dependable online stores.

Great potential but huge delivery and customer service FAIL – I live about an hour away from the Vitamin King distribution centre at Coomera, south of Brisbane. Vitamin King website says deliveries are made by Australian Post, Fastway Couriers or Startrack. No mention of Aramex Australia or I would have avoided the purchase. Ordered goods on 18 July 2022 and provided Australia Post Parcel Locker address. Vitamin King chose to send my parcel by Aramex which, after SIX full days, returned it to Vitamin King Coomera received by [Name Removed] because Aramex does not deliver to Australia Post Parcel Lockers. Duh, really? TWO WHOLE DAYS after the parcel was returned to Vitamin King, I called today to ask when I would receive my product. Told by representative, "I won't be able to tell you any more than you already know." Vitamin King computer system apparently has no record of having received my returned parcel. I was told by the representative: "I'll have to go down the back and see if it's there." Presumably, if I hadn't called, my parcel would have sat "down the back" for days, weeks or months, before someone shrugged and decided to throw it out. When I asked when I could expect to receive my product I was told: "I can't tell you that – it'll be up to the courier." Now TEN DAYS AFTER ORDERING, who knows when I'll actually receive my purchase. IN SUMMARY: I'm sure the online process, when it works, is good. I've received NO email, or SMS, messaging since my payment, to keep me up-to-date with the progress of my delivery. Despite being the vendor, having taken my money, having chosen the method of delivery, having booked the delivery, Vitamin King takes absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY for the actual delivery of my goods. I received a reluctant apology from the representative AFTER I pointed out that no explanation or apology had been offered for the error and delay. It's just too easy for the representative to blame "human error" as if that excuses a very obvious error in Vitamin King's despatch process. The Vitamin King telephone representatives may well be efficient for their employer but they are snappy, impatient and intolerant and certainly not friendly nor sympathetic nor empathetic to their customer (the real person who keeps them employed). For Vitamin King's telephone representatives, the world would be a much better place without customers. In fact, for Vitamin King, the term Customer Care is an oxymoron. I guess you could say that I'm very disappointed with my Vitamin King experience.

Amazingly Fast Delivery – Wow. Let's hear it for Vitamin King online store ! I ordered 4 bottles of one of my must-have supplements, at a competitive price, on a public holiday - a Sunday - indeed, the 27th Dec, the Sunday after Boxing Day. Monday 28th was a public holiday also. And they arrived at 0900 on Tuesday the 29th. Mightily impressed.
