suitable for gifting. With Christmas just two days away, I had to quickly find last-minute replacements for these gifts

Despite this, I am not disheartened by this company. In fact, I sent them a friendly email—not seeking an exchange or a replacement, but just to share my experience so they have an opportunity to make improvements in the future. I was a little surprised I didn't receive a reply, though.

My low star rating here is solely based on the damaged belt boxes and lack of communication, not the quality of the belts. In the past, I purchased similar belts from overseas, and I cannot recall a time when I received any of my belt boxes packed in a plastic bag like these ones.
