I ordered some 38 Black Veronica shoes from the Vivaia online store. They did not fit. So I attempted to exchange the shoes. Vivaia advises that shoes purchased through the online store cannot be returned via physical stores. Their only physical store in Australia is in Sydney. I went to their online page for returns, twice, two days apart,… Read more

and their search engine did not recognise that my shoes had been delivered, despite my purchase history on the same website, indicating that the shoes have been delivered. I then sent two emails to the support@vivaia.com website - note that this email address was flashed up briefly for a second each time I pressed the button to search for my order, it is not available otherwise on the website.

Both of these emails failed to be delivered. At this point I am beginning to think that I have been scammed.

I then contacted the Sydney store who claims that they have no ability to contact Vivaia either and cannot contact them on my behalf to effect a return. When I pointed out that they must contact Vivaia to order shoes for their store, they denied that this was the case. The online telephone number for the Sydney store is 0477 993 578.

Luckily I bought the shoes through PayPal. I have just raised a complaint with them and I hope they will have more success in contacting Vivaia on my behalf to resolve my attempt to get my money returned.

Great fit. Super comfortable. Walked in the new boots I bought for 3 hours and my feet were ok. The cushioning is fantastic and it's rare that it's got arch support for a non athletic shoe. Am glad get have a retail shop now at QVB. The staff were friendly and efficient. Price is steep though, for a pair of shoes with zero leather, it was $336. However, it's fully made from recycled materials, that's good for the environment. Show details

Vivaia shoes are horrible quality. Bought some with bows. The sizing was off. The Vivaia refund process is so abysmal that I finally opted for a refund, having to pay for shipping again. Rather than putting money down the drain by paying again for shipping, or having to rehash through their virtually non-existent returns, I decided to keep… Read more

them.

The sizing was still off and the shoes were not comfortable after short wear. In addition they disintegrated in the wash the very first time despite being advertised as being machine washable.

Wish I had taken a pic of the shoes that were beyond repair. The bows, however, I did get a pic of and have included as reference of the “good quality” of Vivaia shoes.

no delivery – Paid for shoes on 2 September, their web site states 10 days delivery. I still have not received the shoes. After asking for an explanation, when the goods will be delivered and a copy of the legal terms and conditions relating to delivery, an apology was issued but no response to my questions was received.

Comfortable flats and heels – These comfortable shoes are machine washable (flats), free return of sizing and are made from recycled plastic bottles. I bought my first pair for work. Black flats. They have removable insoles, so I purchased a different high arch one and these shoes have lasted me for over a year. I've just bought 2 new pairs of flats and a pair of heels. They also sell removable bows, which i've included in my photos to show.
