Disappointed – Deposit Not Returned I paid a deposit to Vogue Pools for work that was never started. Despite multiple requests, the deposit has not been refunded, and I have received no response from the company. I have had to escalate the matter to NSW Fair Trading and am considering NCAT for resolution. I share this review to warn others to be cautious and ensure you have protections in place when dealing with this company.

significant stress and inconvenience.
To make the pool usable for Christmas, I had to purchase replacement equipment and engage another installer for additional labour—costs that were already covered in the original agreement.
After the holiday period, I will be commencing legal proceedings. For now, I am simply trying to enjoy Christmas despite this experience.
Based on my dealings, I would rate this company ⭐️

Vogue Pools are happy to take your money, but terrible at executing installation. We have had nothing but trouble communicating with Ryan and Mitchell and have had to chase them continuously. Getting the job done seems almost impossible and certainly not what was promised to us when we signed the contract and gave them our money. They’re shiny promises and customer service when trying to get your business does not translate to completed jobs and you should AVOID at all costs.

Turn key pool build – Vogue pools did a top job on our pool build, tile/coping and fencing. Lots of players out there but Vogue Pools are straight shooters. They kept us in the loop and adjusted to our changing needs along the way. Professional and efficient service came our way and the finished product is just what we wanted. Very happy indeed! Ryan’s team were always on time, they were polite, professional and always left the yard clean and tidy.
The workmanship is second to none. Ryan’s team were meticulous in every aspect of the pool build. Even down to the smallest detail like the colour of the grout.

Out Door living – We used vogue pools (used to be Barrier) for both our pool and outdoor landscaping and built a house in between. We found them very well organised and flexible. The team provided great advice and assistance to realise our outdoor living dream. We had tiling , decking ,garden, grass, fencing, a custom shed on a 850m2 block and of course the bar ,the boys powered through all this in less than two months. Great Job team Vogue. Show details
