Not a good company – Do not use this company. My coat was shoddy and ill fitting! Even though they said money back guarantee no questions asked, I had to return it to China in May and they keep telling me it hadn't arrived. My tracking said it reached China but I can't find out if it reached the address. They are now not answering my email. Show details

A SCAM - pose as an Australian store and ship rubbish from China – SCAM. Give the impression of having a store in Melbourne Australia. Even say store hours on their website (even product review give their store hours!). Photo of 'shop' is very European. The whole thing is misleading. No mention anywhere of CHINA. 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee is on their website. Advertised on Facebook (Facebook… Read more

should not allow such scams). You don't realise you've been scammed until you wait and wait and then get told your item is being shipped by YANWEN (Chinese shipping company). They also trade as Reece Melbourne, Hilda Melbourne, Solstice Melbourne and some that end in Sydney and even Perth. They all have the same format and are fairly easy to spot - yet FB promotes new ones every few days. I have reported more than 10 to FB.

Nothing like photos nor as described it also contravenes all Australian consumer laws - no labels at all. No size, no fabric details, no country of origin, no brand. Elegant photo seen, shapeless cheap product received. Only answer from company is to ship it at your cost to China - the address may or may not exist. A recent review said they sent to China at their expense and the company claimed it never arrrived. Your chances of getting any of your money back is very slim. PayPal customer support allow this company to block communication by guaranteeing a full refund upon receipt of the product back in China at your expense. Dont waste your money trying to send it. Very disappointed in PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Product is rubbish – The jacket that I received was absolute rubbish. It was nothing like the jacket advertised. A ridiculous shape ( almost shapeless) and poor quality fabric (knit). I would never wear it. Vola Melbourne has nothing to do with Melbourne. It is from China. They advertise 30 day money back guarantee but I was offered 14 day return - to China and at my… Read more

False advertising online- product received is not what is promoted. Cheap and shoddy garment – DO NOT BUY CLOTHES FROM THIS COMPANY! They are charlatans , what you see on the website IS NOT what you receive. DO NOT BELIEVE the returns policy advertised - you might, IF YOU ARE LUCKY, and get a response when you voice dissatisfaction, be offered 30% of sale value back . BUYER DEFINITELY BEWARE. I’m now in the process of pursuing through the ombudsman and consumer affairs. Show details

Very poor quality product and poor customer service – Ordered a white wool cardigan on line as looked nice from Vola Australia. Product I received had a mere Holes for button holes and were not completed with an edge to finish There were no labels re what the cardigan was made from, no care labels and poorly sewn. Quality is extremely poor and product doesn’t sit nicely on the hip. I’ve asked for… Read more

BEWARE – Do yourself a favour and avoid this business. I purchased a pair of so called Orthopaedic Boots from them. Only to find out later that Temu sells the same thing for a 1/3 of the price Vola sold them to me for. And when I finally received them they are not Orthopaedic and when I asked for a refund because I can't do them up because of my high… Read more

arch. They say all they'll return to me is 20% of the purcase price. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! Plus they aren't a Melbourne company like they advertise but a Chinese business. BE WARNED!

FALSE ADVERTISING CHEAP SHODDY PRODUCT – Good afternoon, Yesterday i received my product from your company , Order No: 1688 The item was a Lois casual cardigan white size small $79.95 which I ordered online. The cardigan was sold to me supposedly at half price , as a wool product of quality I was horrified upon opening of the package to find a garment of such extremely low quality- no… Read more

buttonholes, just a hole cut into the fabric, no labelling or sizing, cheap , out of shape fabric which I would not ever risk washing for fear of being left with a shapeless mess, poor construction - overall a very shoddy product. I have taken photos of the poor workmanship for my files. Thank goodness I didn't pay fulll price - the price I did pay I consider to be extortionate given the quality of the garment. On this basis I would request a full refund , and a response to my previous 3 emails . You advertise a 30 day full refund and provide an email address to proceed . I have received no response.

beware – Beware, this is a rogue offshore supplier that has invested in a website using pics of stylish products (influenced by an Italian background) which are really cheap knock-offs! Their conditions of sale are also not defendable in Australia. I too purchased the $79.95 cardigan from Vola 'Melbourne' and was only aware that its origin was China… Read more

after paying. I have had numerous correspondence with them regarding being sold as 'wool' but it is a very cheap misshapen synthetic arriving with a manufacturing stain, pulls and loose buttons. Eventually I was invited to return it for refund but the cost would be prohibitive for an item worth no more than $2.

Fake online fashion business Vola Melbourne – Fake online fashion business. Includes photos of garments on their website but then send poor quality printed copies of the items. They look nothing like the originals. Then tries to extort return shipping back to China. Offer money back guarantee but only a small percentage of refund offered. Scam and a fraud.
