Online/Shipping Rubbish – Ordered 3 boardies from them, have been stuck with local delivery driver for the last week but havent been delivered. Products are decent but skimp on shipping. Also no contact number for shipping company or volcum website so have to use rubbish AI talk bots. Buy in person, online is crap.

Great quality product let down by snail slow delivery – 3 weeks to get shorts shipped to the West Coast is not very good considering I paid $10 for delivery, returned as size too big they don't exchange they refund so no shorts after 3 weeks what a complete hassle. I wouldn't buy from again. Great quality product though.

Missing Item in Online Order - No contact from Volcom to advise – As part of an order, I purchased 3 x board shorts for grandkids for Xmas during Black Friday sale. Notification the day before delivery from Volcom was all items were being sent. service to question the whereabouts of these boardies (obviously believing they were on another shipment, due to not being advised otherwise) but was informed that they were not in stock at the time of postage. I questioned why I was not notified and why there was no refund for the boardies. The customer service guy said he was too busy as he was the only one dealing with Black Friday/Cyber sales.....before Xmas? I was given a 25% discount on my next order (this was only offered upon requesting), but not the full Black Friday discount...and on top, I had to pay additional postage .... However, a few days after ordering these shorts, I contacted Volcom to confirm they were in stock, due to visiting the grandkids on the weekend... No surprise, days later I was advised these shorts are not in stock either!!! Totally disappointed

Volcom Single Stone Wallet – Men's wallet does not fit cards very well as slots seem to have been made the exact size of an eftpos card instead of 1-2mm extra. Makes it very difficult to shut wallet. customer service awesome – I placed a order which arrived promptly but it was wrong sorted in less than 48 hours I now have my beautiful lived in Sherpa top which is so warm delivered to my door at volcoms expense i am very impresssed thank you :)
