waiting until it suits them (I assume when there are enough orders of that particular product banked up). Things can take time, I get that, but as a consumer, if a company offers a product for sale - especially a fairly simple one like chairs - then one would assume a reasonable timeframe for delivery. Three months plus unknown is NOT in any sense a reasonable timeframe while they hold your (significant amount of) money. There should be consumer law stating reasonable timeframes for deliveries OR a company should not be allowed to offer something for sale that they cannot deliver in a sensible timeframe. Vorsen undoubtably have some excellent products, but their service is poor. My order was 6 x chairs. $1250 worth. Even if out of stock (there were two in stock, four missing), there was no effort to see or advise how quickly the product may be accessed.

I purchased a Henley chair from Vorsen on line. My chair arrived in three days beautifully packed with legs protected. The chair is good quality and comfortable. It was half price so I bought a second one a few weeks later. I ordered on Sunday afternoon and had the chair delivered lunch time on Wednesday. Same great service and quality product… Read more
