Wish they'd used their brains – Every time I pick it up I touch a button and change the temperature. Put the buttons on the side next time. Apart from that it works well. I wish I read other reviews before purchasing. So frustrating. Show details

Worst design in hair straightener – The heat control and on off button is situated in the middle of the straightener so every time you squeeze to straighten your hair you either turn it off or change the heat settings. It pulls your hair out and it gets caught in the plates. I’m extremely disappointed in the design as it’s quite useless. I would definitely take it back but have lost my receipt. Returning for refund – My wife bought this straightener last week. She says it does a good job BUT there is no way to hold this devise without pushing the buttons that increase the heat. This has resulted in her burning her hair several times. She is on her way the shop now to return it.

Expensive – The straightener works fine, not great though, and is a bit heavy. It is easy to use but not as effective as other VS products. Not a very good value for money. Show details

It's ok – It is ok. It straight hair very good. Bu t it is very heavy. Hard to keep it on hands for a long time. The up and down keys placed at wrong place. You cannot avoid touch them when you hold it. Show details

Terrible! – Can not use this product without accidentally changing the heat setting or turning it off. Have to hold it up higher to prevent this, then burnt myself repeatedly! Also, each stroke there seems to be hair getting stuck where the gap is at end of plates and snaps my hair, not ideal at all! Not for me – I was disappointed with this purchase as I wanted a salon finish which I got with a previous VS model but this was nowhere near as good. Can’t hold it properly without accidentally pushing the buttons either which is annoying because it always switches off or changes temperature as I’m straightening. My hair is thick and only a little frizzy but this finish was too fluffy for me. I buy a straightener to have it dead straight. Show details
