I have kinda strange hair in that it is very curly but quite fine so at first I thought it was a case of not using the right temperature setting but I have now had the chance to use it with several different settings and I never get the results I am after no matter how long I spend on it or how tiny my sections are. Also, because it doesn't have floating plates it pulls and breaks my hair. My hair is nice and healthy (according to my hair dresser) so this frustrates me.

works well – I've had my straighter for over 2 years and use it pretty much every day and it is still working well. I use it to straighten and curl with good results each time. When ever i go out with my sister she always has me do her hair with my straighter. good value for a decent price
