When it works, it’s pretty great, when my hair gets stuck, it’s terrifying and dangerou – My hair got stuck for no apparent reason the first day I tried it although before that it worked with ease. I was using it correctly. I’m too scared to try it again. My husband has lost the receipt :-( if the manufacturer reads this, please email me because I need reassurance before I use it again

Awesome little power curler! – Bought this today from JB Hi-fi for $179. Was quite skeptical based on others reviews that it snagged hair so I cautiously tried it. I did manage to get one snag but I stopped the machine n switched it off n it slid out effortlessly. I have to say I have very long hair to almost my waist n it's very thick textured n wavy. It did take a little getting used to how to hold it but it's easy to pick up after a few goes. Ive absolutely fallen in love with this amazing curler that takes the stress out of curling my long hair. It's fast to use and the usb charges quickly. It's easy to operate n understand the buttons n functions. It winds small sections of even long hair into the curling chamber n effectively curls every strand beautifully. I love my new curls! The 200° setting doesn't fry my hair like my hair straightener does. I'm so glad I took the plunge n bought this little gem. Btw I wasn't paid for writing this review, I just really wanted to buy a curler that actually curled my hair & this does it in spades!❤️❤️❤️❤️
