Great quality trampoline – Good quality trampoline. Still safe, sturdy and frame is strong considering exposure to all the elements. Had issues with the net splitting but Vuly arranged a replacement and new nets are meant to be tougher. Make sure you register your trampoline as you get lifetime reduced replacement parts and accessories which makes it a good value servicing package. Customer service staff are polite and easy to deal with. Show details ·  1

Saftey net does not last - will need replacing often – My daughter loved this (it was a gift from Grandparents) and It's a good enough trampoline but we found out that the safety net just does not last. Seems to be a fault in the netting band where it just rips apart laterally. And they are hard to replace - only Vuly sell these styles. We were lucky to get two years out of it. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Not worth paying the extra money for and bad support service – We bought a 8ft vuly classic trampoline 2 days before xmas 2015 for two small toddlers, a 1yr old and a 2 yr old (so not rough clientele). At the end of Feb this year, the net just suddenly split right in the middle, and has continued to split all the way around, rendering the netting obselete and pointless (a complete waste of it's intended… Read more

purpose; safety of two very tiny children) Granted it was just outside the one year warranty, but I didnt expect to pay hundreds of dollars more for an inferior product to the cheaper brands. After sales warranty service was appaulling..... i sent in a request for consideration of warranty given timing and expense of tramp, and they couldn't even bother sending a personalised response or email reply with reasoning.... i literally got sent an invoice with a quote for a new net.... no explanation, no sorry or reply to request, no introduction, nothing but an invoice statement.... not professional and not good enough. Very disappointed.... should have saved the $300 my friends did at the same time and bought a cheap tramp that is still in perfect condition. Definitely not the quality product that's advertised or marketed.

Great – Great choice, stands the test of time. I appreciated how easy it was to set up the tool key makes it so easy. Wouldn't buy other brands, we may look to buy a bigger one as the kids gets older but it will be another Vuly. Comes with a great range of add-ons which we have used as further Christmas presents so its the gift that keeps on giving

autism therapy – We purchased our Vuly trampoline for our autistic son. He uses his trampoline everyday (all day) for regulation. Since purchasing our Vuly our sons language and behaviour skills have improved enormously! The Vuly is an environment that he feels safe and loves playing in, either bouncing with his big sister or laying about with his toys. Thank you Vuly!

Best Trampoline – Firstly, as first time trampoline owners, the support from Vuly is amazing theres no paper instructions with 2 confusing diagrams theres so many tools you can refer to with Vuly. Set-up time was acurate and relatively easy for first timers especially those setting up on Christmas Eve. We've have had our Vuly for two years now and it still looks… Read more

brand new, nothing has broken, ripped, jammed or disintegrated despite all of its use and weather exposure. We have only used the tent twice, I wish we used it more as it is a great bonus. So much safer that anything we compared it to, we wouldn't buy any other brand Vuly is honestly worth the extra.

Value for money and endless fun to be had – We have had the Vuly Classic for almost 4 years and is truly value for the money. Long lasting nets, mats, etc. And who can't go past the half price parts for life. And not to mention the kids love it and this big kid too. Truly the best Trampoline on the market.

Best trampoline – I bought my Vuly trampoline over two years ago and I am so glad I spent my money on a Vuly trampoline. My two priorities were safety and durability - and although it was initially an expensive outlay we have had no drama with the quality of the trampoline and it has provided my little one with endless entertainment. We now live in the far North… Read more ·  1

Queensland and I have not had to replace any part of the original Vuly trampoline. It has so far survived a move, very hot weather and the wet season. I recommend the Vuly to all my friends. After owning a Vuly I would not purchase another make of trampoline. I'm very surprised by the harsh rating this product gets. I did my research prior to purchasing a Vuly and it has certainly delivered!

Fantastic tramp! – I'm surprised by all the negative feedback on this tramp. We bought ours 3 or 4 years ago.. Can't remember now! But we've had no problems at all. The net is still perfect, no mat fading, the kids love it. I'm just wondering if the current tent shade made for the Vuly2 will fit on this model as I have no idea where I have stored our tent.  Show reply

Tent - major design flaw with rain – We too have issues with tent and rain. We have been putting the orange tube down with rain but it doesn't work very well, even light showers. Yesterday tent also ripped all down side seams around the poles. Is only a month old. In their fine print it says it can only handle light rain and take it off in heavy rain. Not a great option due to it's… Read more

difficulty to get on and off. What if I hear rain in middle of night...run out there and take it off in my pjs? This also shouldn't be in fine print . The design could have been easily improved so it went up in the middle of tent and naturally drained off, not pool and go down to eventually rip. Great trampoline though and kids love it.

Terrible customer service! – I purchased an 8ft classic Vuly from the company over the phone, only to find that the other re-seller online offers a much better deal which is at least $100 less. I called in them to complain and only to be told that since it's over the 7 days return/refund period, there is nothing they can do about it. Extremely disappointed and would strongly… Read more

No comment on the product yet as i haven't started using it. But the purchasing experience already puts me off. Plus seeing all the negative comments from other people, I really wish that I could get a refund!

3 days to assemble and still not jumping! – YouTube instructions leave out important details! Written instructions just as bad! Turns out one of our joiner poles was cut to wrong size and now we seem to be missing a hole in the net to put a hook through! Lined up the red tab, counted out springs and holes and cannot work it out! For the money, I expected it to be seamless!

Great Product, Great Company – We bought one of these trampolines for our kids a couple of years ago and it is still going strong. We also got the tent mentioned in another review but have only used it once (without issue) - it's a bit of a novelty. The mat and frame as still in great condition and it has had quite a workout. The safety net has recently gotten some holes in it… Read more ·  1

(with help from little fingers and feet!) and it was so good to be able to just hop online and buy a replacement. I have dealt directly with Vuly in Queensland and their customer service is excellent. They even called me to tell me I could have 50% discount on the replacement net as I had bought the original trampoline directly from them - not often that happens! So, a great product backed up by even better customer service. A thumbs up from me. Sturdy, cheap replacement parts, excellent customer service

Buyer beware – We purchaed a Vuly trampoline with tent from a WA supplier in October to give to my son as a Christmas present. We assembled and erected everything a couple of days before Xmas and by the middle of February the tent had ripped. However as this was purchased on "promotion" Vuly advised when a warranty claim was made that they would only offer… Read more

a three month warranty on the tent and as a result would not replace it as we had bought it more than three months previously.

The trampolines are fairly sturdy but the tents are really not suitable for anything but indoor use (and who wants to use a trampoline indoors?). The tents are made of a flimsy material and the stitching around the bottom started coming apart almost as we were installing it.

The straps around the bottom which hold the tent to the frame do not stay clicked in place in even the lightest of breezes and obviously the stitching at the top was pathetic as it came apart within less than two months of use. You also need to be aware that although these are designed in Australia they are still made in China and you are paying a premium for what is still a Chinese made trampoline. Fairly sturdy frame Tents are poorly made, entry door is too small on net for an adult to easily enter the trampoline (you need to wriggle through on your stomach), warranty service is appalling,
