6 years old and still going strong – We've had our Vuly trampoline for almost 6 years and it is still in great condition. The kids (5-10 years) have loved it and spent many hours over the time and I frequently join them. We also had the basketball hoop which was another good feature, but not the easiest thing to install. The trampoline came with the tent feature but hardly used as it… Read more ·  1

got hot when on and limited jumping head space for adults. Over the years we have had to replace the safety net (2017) and now replacing the safety pad. I think the longevity of the trampoline is fantastic given it is exposed to the Brisbane weather all this time. The trampoline net is still in great condition. Definitely a great investment for entertaining kids.

Extremely disappointed – Purchased the Lift 2 large trampoline for my three kids 3 months ago. Within a month it has rust, the padding over the springs fills up with water if it rains and does not drain out of the little holes that it is supposed to. The tubing is also filled with water. I must be blind or dumb because I cannot see on the website where it states that you… Read more

need wheels to move the trampoline. It is unbelievably heavy (maybe because water is sitting inside the tubing) so it's actually impossible to move the trampoline even 10cm. So, for me to be able to mow the grass (pit of mud) or to move it so some sun can dry the ground underneath I splashed out and spent hundreds of dollars on these wheels, waited a long time for them to show up to now find that its a 2 person job to attach the wheels! Iam a single mother, I tried attaching them myself it is impossible. The trampoline is stuck in a pit of mud and I can't move it. Extremely over priced and the fact you need to spend extra money on wheels to move it should be made very clear. Such a let down for me.

Great quality trampoline – Good quality trampoline. Still safe, sturdy and frame is strong considering exposure to all the elements. Had issues with the net splitting but Vuly arranged a replacement and new nets are meant to be tougher. Make sure you register your trampoline as you get lifetime reduced replacement parts and accessories which makes it a good value servicing package. Customer service staff are polite and easy to deal with. Show details ·  1

5 years old and still going strong – We love our Vuly trampoline. We purchased it in 2013 and the net and frame are still in great condition. We need to replace the clips that connect the poles to the nets however with the 50% off replacement parts it’s only going to cost us $13. We live in a hot area and I highly recommend Vuly as the mat and net has held up where my neighbors has fallen apart.  Show reply

Outstanding customer service – I recently submitted a warranty claim and to be honest, didn't expect to get anywhere with it. Within 24 hours, warranty manager Ben rang me to inform me that my warranty claim had been accepted and they were sending me a replacement net that very day. He was super helpful and informative, the level of customer service was fantastic. Our Vuly… Read more

Poor quality. Disappointing – I purchased this product Christmas Eve 2014 for my two children who were 4 and 6m old. It came with the shade tent, within a matter of weeks, the shade tent had sagged and ripped. The ladder needed replacing due to rust and the replacement has also rusted. I find the net to be poor quality and has ripped in several places. The spring cover faded… Read more

and cracked within one year of use also. The trampoline Matt itself is strong but the pictures quickly faded leaving it looking tacky. I was told Vuly was top of the line and I paid over $800 for something that would last. I wish I had spend my money at Kmart instead for a similar item.

To make matters worse, I wasn’t given a receipt by my retailer in the pre Christmas rush and will need to pay a further $400+ to replace the spring cover and safety net as I’m not eligible for 50% off parts. Or I can pay $99 to get the discount. Money that shouldn’t need to be spent.

All in all, I’m disappointed in the quality and would not recommend Vuly to anyone.

Terrible Customer Service – I complained about a recently purchased trampoline - that the quality of the padding was terrible with uneven stitching and exposed tags. My complaint was followed up with a phonecall saying there was nothing they could do about it and what did I expect as I had bought the base model. should have bought their more expensive trampolines! The Vuly ultimate base model is still $300-400 more expensive than standard trampolines!!!

I am so disappointed with not only the trampoline but with the fact that their customer service was so poor - I can only assume this is because they deal with complaints all the time. I will never recommend them.

Terrible quality - Not worth the price at all! – We purchased a 12 foot and it was damaged before we even got it out of the box! The Vuly logo had run so there were white marks all over the matting. I knew I could submit a warranty claim but my kids were so excited for their new trampoline I decided to overlook it. But then I noticed that the side matting looked no better quality than a kmart… Read more

brand one which we all know gets damaged within a few short months. But there was also a problem with the stitching that was damaged on the padding for the net poles and had all the tags hanging out. I had to submit 2 warranty claims before we even had a chance to use it! My poor kids had to look at a half assembled trampoline for weeks before we could sort it out!

I assumed spending more money would be better quality but it really wasn't - we had less trouble with our Kmart trampoline!

If only all companies were as good as Vuly – We purchase a trampoline almost 4 years ago. It is still going strong. Extremely impressed with tramp but more so with the ongoing support from Vuly. Recently purchased some accessories and a replacement net, I couldn't remember exactly which trampoline I had purchased and the staff were extremely helpful to ensure correct order was placed. Delivery and follow up was fast and efficient. 100% would recommend Vuly to all. Show details

Deteriorates – Purchased in 2012. What it looks like today (2019)... It started deteriorating rapidly after 2 years. Despite frame under warranty, they want $600 for replacement parts, and wouldn't offer that amount as a discount for a new trampoline instead. We don't really want to pay $600 for replacements when that amount would pay for over half of a brand new tramp? Show details

Poor quality and design – Badly designed combined with poorly made quality. We have had this tents for a few of years, the kids hardly used, already there is a tear all the way around the safety net. Saftey net does not last - will need replacing often – My daughter loved this (it was a gift from Grandparents) and It's a good enough trampoline but we found out that the safety net just does not last. Spare Parts Bonanza – After paying $1000 for this trampoline it has been milking us ever since .... I have just discovered this morning that the net I purchased directly from Vuly 14 months ago has now ripped again! I had to pay full price for this one as I did not have my receipt from Toys are Us. This is just terrible. Really how on earth are we supposed to sustain replacing these items every 12 months or so? Shocking quality :(

Premium price but product (net) not premium – Have had this trampoline for 2 years. A huge split recently opened up half way down after first time used in a few months and now it's not safe to use. Disappointed to pay $700 and then another $100 for net with P&H within 2 years. In addition, there's a 3 month wait on net to arrive. Premium price but product doesn't match that and then a very poor experience that replacement net will take 3-4 months. Don't buy.

Fair quality, not what you would expect for the money. Obvious manufacturing fault not honoured – Nice idea to buy Australian made, but maybe not all components are Australian??? Our issue was the main safety net. It is a woven type of material, and ours had a small piece of black thread woven in, making a weakness. so much, but my daughter is a little 7 year old ballerina, who is gentle with most things.

So if you do buy one, make sure you check over it thoroughly before the warranty runs out. Vuly clearly recognise the quality issues they have, as they offer reduced price replacement parts, but still, for something that costs $700+ you would expect it to last more than a year or so.

Great trampoline – We have owned our Vuly trampoline for about 6 years. We have four children who have regularly used the trampoline on a daily basis. Our trampoline frame and mat are original and are showing little sign of wear and tear. We have had to purchase a replacement mat and nets, however, the ongoing service provided by Vuly was fantastic. We look forward to many more years of happiness from our Vuly trampoline.
