Great Quality, kids LOVE it, use it every day – Our son absolutely LOVES this trampoline!! So happy we went with the good quality over a cheap price as it really shows in the product. than we thought with a fantastic youtube video to follow step by step. Also love that it's got a great warranty backing, and replacement parts are half price when you buy from them (we actually found the best price to be from Vuly direct).

Sunshade doubles as a roof to keep leaves off/out - definitely worth it as we have friends that have the same trampoline that are constantly having to clean it (as their kids use it every day too!)

Delivery happened fast, and they even gave us a follow up call a few weeks after delivery to see if we needed help with anything, and to make sure we were enjoying it! GREAT service.

recommend purchasing these two items if you have younger children as the ladder makes it easier, and safer, for them to get on the trampoline and the tent provides a nice amount of shade (feels like a cubby inside).

The trampoline, itself, seems to be very well made and so easy to put together, albeit a bit time consuming. Easy enough to put together by yourself but handy to have a second person (to hold the torch when putting it together late on Christmas Eve!)

So far so good, the kids bounce on it every day and we haven’t had any issues.

It would be nice to get wheels included, as it is heavy to move when trying to mow the lawn. They can be purchased separately though, but are fairly pricey. I just ended up using my furniture moving dolly trolley.

The trampoline is probably the best looking one on the market. Very sturdy and well manufactured (from my unqualified point of view).

were so incredibly helpful. They let me swap to a vuly Tramp medium with camping set up etc, no extra charges and prompt me through the price difference so I got my value for money. I was very happy with the service and friendly guy on the end of the line.

Now I have read the reviews below.... and maybe the service slumped for awhile but Vuly seem to be making leaps and bounds to make up for it. Well played Vuly for reviewing the errors and making a strong come back. Looking forward to receiving our new tramp & camp set in the next week!

Best purchase for my boys so far – I was ordering for my boys birthday and forgot, luckily the customer service team could see I had added to my basket, called me and placed the order. Trampoline is perfect for two boys super safe and does not live at all when jumping. A little heavy which makes it hard to move by yourself when cutting the grass but overall great!

Perfect for my family – Great quality and so sturdy for my boys . They all jump on the trampoline together they love it . My boys are 6,4,2.5 and soon my 9 month old will love to join her brothers . Terrible service – It would have been easier and faster to fly to China and pick up the trampoline from there. I really think if you are dealing with kids sporting equipment and kids in general, the two most important things would be safety and delivery dates. it. I have received 9 boxes of the extras however 2 days later no trampoline. I would definitely not purchase from vuly again. The worst service I have experienced. Hope the trampoline is better than the service. If we ever get it.

on my front lawn. Manager has declined to talk to me to try to resolve as he is “too busy”... warning, do not buy from this company.

WORST! Don't even consider this product – We bought this model for our three young children and in a 13 months, it has completely fallen apart. The springs have snapped while the children have been bouncing on in, and in other places, completely ripped from the matt. Out of 48 springs, only 13 or so are still in tact. I have gone back online to reorder the spare parts required to fix this joke of a trampoline only to be told that the required parts are coming from two different locations, so it will be double the freight cost, and although it is Jan 2019, one courier will arrive in April, and the other after Jan 28, 2020!!!!!

all potential customers out there that it is the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with and customer service is non-existent there.

Sunshade only last a few months before deteriorated in the sun. Terrible customer service- they don’ – Adults can use too, big enough for 4-5 kids at once, too hard to move to mow lawn understand which is a pain. Very sturdy and doesn’t blow over in any wind. Sun shade ripped and weathered very quickly as well as the matting sound the springs. No rust yet.

Quick delivery, pretty easy to assemble – Delivery was swift (albeit a day later than requested). Assembly was reasonably easy - i did it alone in the rain. If youve got help and sturdy gloves youll be fine. Quality is good, and above all, daughter is very happy. The medium has accomodated the adults as well as the kids with no problems. Awesome – This has been such a wow with the kids from 4 to 14, everybody loves it and it burns off lots of energy, a win win all round. I put it together myself as I don’t have a partner, had to enlist a friend for the last stage of putting the net poles in, as I didn’t quite have the strength, two people are recommended in the instructions.......very impressed with how well made and sturdy it is and look forward to years of wearing the kids out.  Show reply

Safe, fun, burns off energy! – Large is a great size for my 5 and 2 year old. Hours of fun, it’s safe and burns off all that energy they have! It frees me up to make dinner and they sleep better after jumping around. I would recommend buying pegs with it as ours blew over in a severe storm.  Show reply

A great piece of equipment – Bought the Lift for eldest’s birthday. But both kids love it, as do I. Easy to assemble (if you follow the instructions). Great also with the side safety net to make sure no falls. Haven’t yet put on the sunshade, will do so in time for summer. The kids love it, and it’s great for getting them out in the garden and doing some aerobic exercise. Not the cheapest on the market, but I would recommend for safety, and long term use.  Show reply

Not happy – We purchased a small vuly last year and we are on our second mat and about 150 th plus springs . What a lemon.and when some of the springs snap they go flying across the yard.we bought a cheap k mart trampoline years ago for my daughter and not one spring snapped.I reckon every 15 to 20 minutes a spring snaps. Not happy Jan

Our son loves it – We had a great experience with ordering and getting our son a Vuly Lift for his birthday. Ordering was simple, delivery was fast and the product was easy to set up. Perfect size for our little girl – Great little tramp, easy to set up. Good size for our little girl to run a muck on. Just the right size for us to have it indoors in our shed, away from the weather. Would deffinetly purchase another vuly tramp. The free roof is a bonus which we will use once outside.  Show reply

the trampoline is excellent - it is still looking great after frequent use. It feels sturdy and it can hold myself as well as the 2 kids easily. Whenever the kids have cousins or friends over, bouncing is always the first thing they want to do! I see other trampolines around the neighbourhood and at friends places that are not Vuly brand, and so many have faded, sagging sides, broken zippers, and poles with deteriorating padding. I'm so glad we paid for a quality trampoline that will last us for many years to come!

Great trampoline – Very easy to put together and only needed to use the tool they supplied which is great. Kids love playing on it. Nice to have the cover it keeps the leaves off and gives good shade. Easy to order online and delivery was quick. I can highly recommend this product.  Show reply

Large Lift – We bought the large lift with galvanized coating. The material is good and very solid. It was easy to assemble as long as the instructions are properly followed without any screw fittings. My daughter loves and enjoy jumping on it. It is a good value for money and definitley recommend this product.Better go with the black coating though it is a bit expensive.

very sturdy, no worry of it blowing away or falling apart. Not only does my toddler love a good jump it has also helped her developmentally, she confidently counts to 20 now while jumping and loves finding the pictures to jump on. I have recommended this product to friends and will continue to do so.

I never see my kids anymore – My screen-obsessed kids don't come inside anymore. It's winter and we have ducted heating. They don't care. They live for jumping now. It is their life. They have friends over more often now because they want to jump on the huge trampoline too. The most recent birthday party was planned around the use of the trampoline. Some might called it an addiction. We like to call it a life choice.

Hours of fun – Bought this trampoline for my 12yo son .. a bit concerned that he was too old for it but he has spent hours on it perfecting his tricks and dreaming up new ones. Easy to put together (so long as you read the instructions - helps to do that before you start). Very fast delivery. Large has been perfect for my 3 kids and a number of visitors. Excellent, daughter loves it – Bought this for our daughter and she absolutely loves it. It is great build quality, all fit together well and has excellent bounce. Awesome quality and hours of fun! – After purchasing a cheap 12ft trampoline years ago, we wanted something that would last. We chose our Vuly Medium as we were downsizing to a small courtyard. It looks great, fits perfectly and the jump mat doesn’t seem too small (which I was worried about.) Our kids love the basketball hoop accessory too. Great trampoline - Appalling warranty terms – Had the trampoline several years, purchased a sun shade cover, after 4/5 uses taking on and off it fell apart and the fabric deteriorated rapidly. Lodged a claim, as the claim was after 3 months I had to pay for the freight, I accepted this so ordered a skirt and tent cover. covered in mud and dust wrapped in a black plastic bag and Sellotape. Called straight away for a refund of the item and was told I'm not allowed a refund as i will be sent a replacement and should be grateful with that.. Disappointed to say the least.

Fantastic trampoline and excellent customer support – My children ripped the net on the trampoline we were given. We didn’t have proof of purchase although we were still able to obtain the 50% discount. The customer service was fantastic, no wait time very helpful and quick to assist with any request! I will definitely be looking at purchasing another when the time comes!

It is amazing i have to admit – Been on many trampolines but this one takes the cake.. easy to assemble (watch the youtube). Good quality material, awesome no zip entry, springs are hidden. Totally recommend it and price was good.. easter deal :) free delivery and free top cover shade. I could just lay on it the whole day.

Highly recommended – Our 2.5 year old loves his trampoline and so do we. It provides him hours of entertainment every day and keeps him very active. We ordered it online with very quick delivery and it only took just over an hour to set up. The trampoline itself is strong, sturdy and excellent quality.
