great so I called the number. The staff were helpful friendly and knowledgeable and helped me make an informed decision on what would suit our family.

The delivery was fast and efficient and I loved the boxes don't have pictures on them so I didn't have to hide them away to keep the Christmas secret.

I even contacted them post order to check on something and they sorted it very efficiently!

Can't wait to see the kids faces at Christmas!!

LOVE this trampoline! – I bought this for my 4yo son for christmas (purchased over the phone through vuly directly, the staff were lovely, hehe I called back a few times with more questions) and he was over the moon as was I. Installation Christmas eve was easy (using the videos heavily as I was anxious about getting it wrong) and I am not concerned about allowing him to bounce unsupervised as the produce feels so safe and durable. Son loves his new trampoline – To say our son loves his new Vuly Lift 2 trampoline is an understatement, he has been on it everyday. We picked up our trampoline from the warehouse which was easy, but we did discover a missing part when we were assembling it. Peace of mind and fun – My children and I are really happy with the Vuly Lift trampoline we have. It was easy to assemble when you had 4 adults working quickly through the online video instructions, and the large size is perfect for my very active children to enjoy together or to learn some exciting new flips and tricks. Shade cover was hopeless and charged a fortune for a replacement – We purchased a Vuly Lift 2 in March 2018. Generally it is fine (expensive but fine) but so disappointed with the quality of the shade cover. Within six months, small tears began to appear. cover. I have been able to access half price accessories but have been charged $30 for delivery! So a couple of hundred bucks for a cover that will probably only last a year again. We are suckers, hopefully this review will prevent future buyers for being sucked in as well!

Perfect for the kids – My little boy loves his trampoline, he is always on it. We have had his friends around and they all love playing on it. Best trampoline on the market – Purchased a vuly 2 12 foot for my 4 yo daughter 4&1/2 years ago. It has been in constant use with all her mates and even mum and dad have a regular bounce. The Large trampoline is big enough to fit both kids and myself and more if needed. We spent great quality time together bouncing and playing games.

When I’m not bouncing with the kids, I know I can trust them to be safe on the trampoline, with it’s safety net and padding.

After owning this trampoline, I would never cheap out on another one! That’s for sure!

Vuly before but sold them as we moved interstate and further north in Queensland. We highly recommend this product as it sturdy, safe and so much fun.

Awesome – Love this trampoline, minimal swearing putting it together - in fact it was very easy! Great quality and looks amaxing. Kids ((10 and 12 yo) are loving it. The only challenge is that it’s difficult for 1 person to move it. We have thick grass and it’s sturdy legs make it hard to drag across the lawn. We love the brand and are already thinking we will invest in the swing set for Xmas!

Best money we have spent – We have 2 very active little kids 6 years and 2 years that absolutely love this! We live in rual QLD so the shade is an absolute life saver. We have bought a cheaper trampoline a couple of year ago and was a complete waste of money wish we had got the Vuly sooner.

The ultimate life saver – The lift 2 is incredible. I have 4 kids ages 2-8 and it has supplied endless hours of entertainment. I had four 8yo boys over the other day and they loved having the space to all jump together. This trampoline is stable and I always feel confident when my kids are playing on it.
