job. My tip would be watching the how-to video on YouTube as well as reading the instruction paper it comes with. The trampoline looks quite solid, feels strong and very stable. I have seen mixed comments about the entry gate on the net, however I must say that is a simple but very clever and safe gate for a trampoline. My main safety concern before I bought it was the proximity of the net to the net pole at the level of the mat (the narrowest gap), however now I see that chances of body contacting a pole or a leaf spring is almost impossible. I have seen many injuries around trampolines as a health care worker and heard stories about how they happened, but thunder seems to have been designed with safety as the top priority in their mind. A definite 5/5 product from Vuly.

My kids are 10 and 8 my eldest has ADHD and this trampoline has be a godsend, it helps him burn off excess energy and frustration in a very safe space . And with the roof option he can spend hours in there.

Its perfectly safe when both of them are playing together aswell making up games with the printed pattern on the mat or with the sprinkler on for hot days! .

We have had ours for 2 years now and it hasnt faded, ripped or been damaged in any way even with as much use as it gets it's very heavy so it makes it incredibly stable no risk of movement when they are bouncing away .

complaint but I have had enough. I'm going to lodge a complaint with the ACCC. I called and gave the staff a chance to talk to me about it and told them I wasn't happy. It's the equivalent of buying two cheaper trampolines a year just to replace the failing parts. This trampoline has always had shade covers one and looks like this.

Dangerous to install, misleading advertising – I injured myself quite badly installing this trampoline, but Vuly don't care about that. This is very dangerous and difficult to install, instructions re terrible, don't do it without at least 2 men helping you. Also you can't use the shade cloth and the basketball ring at the same time, but they don't tell you this when buying it. Ladder is not compatible and small kids can't get in without help from you. Kids are in heaven – Great size for both my 4 and 10 year old. 10year old can do flips but it doesn’t take up all of our yard. I even enjoy bouncing on it. Had it installed in under an hour. Great for keeping kids off the tv/iPad. Show details ·  1

Vuly Flare – I have bought 2 Vuly Flare trampolines for each grandson. Wind damage twice for one despite using anchor kits and weights, bought in September 2021. Vuly recommends taking down shade sail when impending winds, which was done the second time. Vuly sent an invoice for replacement parts. not happy that I purchased 2 of these, other trampoline not assembled yet. I am regretting my purchase big time. Show details

Absolutely the best present for our 3 year old! Easily put together by 2 people in approx 2hrs – 2 adults and our 3 year old all at the same time. Such a stable design with the individual legs. the promises to me after they themselves admitted that there were problems with the trampoline.

Now they say they are too busy after a numerous amount of calls with one guy saying all good sorted and it’ll be done before xmas last year. Nothing happened. This ruined my family’s Xmas. I’m still under warranty as well: looks like they don’t honour that either. I have literally waited so long for Vuly to do anything that the trampoline now is beginning to rust: as I said terrible service ever

This company Vuly has shown that and admitted they sold me a bad product, won’t refund me for it and has constantly lied to me about repairing it. Saying all costs for repairs are free.

I’m now going to the ACCC and Vuly I want my money back. To others don’t waste your time with this company go elsewhere, don’t go through what I’ve been through with Vuly. Vuly obviously cares about just taking your money but does not pride itself on quality customer service: they have no integrity.

Worst construction process ever, do not buy – The Vuly Thunder L manuals says that it takes 1 hour for 2 people to complete. This is just a lie. My dad and I (we are both carpenters) took over 4 hours to complete this trampoline. We would have paid for installation if we were told it would take 4 hours. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Only half has arrived – I’d love to tell you how the trampoline is...but it didn’t all arrive. I contacted Vuly straight away. They said they’d update me in 48 hours - but didn’t. I’ve now contacted Vuly three times. Still no word on when I’ll see the complete product. Show details

fell apart after 2 years of use – I was disappointed when the springs started snapping and other parts of the trampoline started falling apart after only 2 years of use. I contacted support and found the springs only have a 12 month warranty and are of course expensive to replace. Best money we’ve spent on the kids! – Our 7 and 8 year old daughters are obsessed with the Vuly Thunder and are on it from the minute they wake up! We even play on it as a family and the basketball ring and tent add-ons add so much extra fun! $1000 for a one year trampoline I would of brought a cheaper trampoline. Thought I was buying quality. Their advertising states its rust resistant and tested against harsh Australian conditions. Apparently not the case. So disappointed as my boys now dont have a trampoline anymore.

better for adults to use and definitely had more bounce but we prefer that you can get under this tramp and it can be moved as much lighter. The kids play underneath it as well. I’d recommend this trampoline. Free shipping to Cairns was a winner and only took 4 days.
