Great Trampolines for reasonable prices! My kids use this every day for 2 years now. Still going strong! A few things to consider: - Weight, don't go too big as its hard to move them around to mow the lawn - Buy the tent sides and roof. The kids love the "cubby house" feel. This trampoline was easy to put together and looks great to. My son is very sensory and loves jumping on his new trampoline, it’s so safe and stable recently withstood a windy stormy day we had. Was a fantastic trampoline to start with, no issues, the Matt that goes around the tramp started to become, gross and tacky. The amount of rust is extensive that it would have started well before the warrenty ended, if I had of known I would have contacted them earlier, please if you own one, check under the Matt before it’s out of warrenty.

we need to purchase some adapter not included. Who sells accessories that don't have all the components? When I called the guy on the line was adament the website says I need an adapter and I'd have to buy the part but honestly why doesn't their ordering indicate this? Very Poor Quality. (24 months in the weather). Beware! – Trampoline has been in the weather approx 24 months. The ladder cracked within the first 2 months. (My kids were 2 and 4 at the time. literally into dust. (The trampoline is mostly in the shade).
The orange seatbelt like material the entire circumference of the jump mat is deteriorating and tearing in the same fashion.
In looking to rectify this issue, I moved the trampoline around to find the galvanized legs are rusting like crazy where they were in contact with grass. Another year and they would have rusted through. (Photo attached (wet due to me scrubbing them down).
I have since spent a few hours to wash down the legs, wire brush the legs, cleaned, dried, rust converted and coated in 3 lays of paint.
We were always very careful to not scratch the legs in order to protect the galvanized materials but this has not helped.
I called Vuly and informed them of this issue regarding the mat and ladder at approx 10-11 months, and they immediately redirected me to an online system for warranty claim. Not interested in helping over the phone.
Due to Xmas and a career change for both myself and wife, It took me a while to submit a claim online. They are now claiming the ladder only has a 1 year warranty separate to the mat. Name any premium ladder that should only last 12 months.
Granted they are going to replace the jump mat under warranty. But this is hopeless. My parents still have our trampoline we used as kids sitting in their backyard and there is only minor surface rust on the legs. It’s 20+ years old and can still handle an adult jumping on it!!!!!
Hope this helps anyone who’s wondering how these hold up in the weather/ 80% shade.
I’ve since setup a dedicated trampoline area with fake turf under the trampoline. See how that goes.
*I also removed the padded spring cover. The kids would walk on it weeks after rain and smelly filthy water would squeeze out due to the foam soaking up the water…..
* worth mentioning. The jump mat also has paint marks all over it. Presumably because they fold it up before the logo has dried.
*I came back to say. I was also hyper disappointed with the shade cover. It’s so poorly designed and sags down creating a fishbowl to collect leaves. I have used a formed piece of PVC conduit over the top to raise it like a tent.

Exactly what my kids needed – Both my 4year and 15year old stepson use this! they love it! super sturdy, great quality and not too big for our backyard. claim was denied stating the expectation is that owners have to replace safety netting every 12 months. I have mates with 6+yr old trampolines that have no deterioration, I suggest looking at different manufacturers unless you want to be forking out for a new safety screen every year.

Poor instructions and pulling tool – We found the instructions very confusing. It took 4 hours for 3 adults to assemble this thing with a shade cover. The pulling tool provided is absolute rubbish (mostly plastic with a flimsy bit of metal) and snapped on the first spring, injuring my shoulder in the process. I did have difficulty initially with assembly as I found the first two steps confusing when following the diagram of the frame assembly. In addition to jumping, We do alot of running in circles (the 20mo baby can't jump yet) . Story time. I put numbers at outer ring edges to teach time. Alphabets to teach spelling. Shapes.
Great exercise for me with music. I jump when kids leave and utterly enjoy every moment. Probably won't ever go jogging again!
Otherwise it's pretty save. I'd jump with the 4yo comfortably.
I'd be abit more careful when running in circles anticlockwise as 20mo can fall out of flap if not careful. We just run clockwise instead.
Easy to climb in n out.
Tricky to assemble though as it won't fit into t joiner poles. Needed way more force than video instructions. Hopefully we will be able dismantle it

First contacted customer service dec 2019 after one of the net poles had raised out its slot and almost hit my son because there is nothing to secure it in place and for 8 months there has been emails back and forth with no help at all. they sent me two bonus products which can’t be used together and they basically said tough luck. Feel like I was defrauded as no where did it mention this when I saw the package.
On top of that, the shade cloth sags in the middle meaning the kids whack their heads on it. For the money I paid I expected much better quality or else I would have gone for a cheaper alternative.
In summary, save your money and look for a cheaper alternative. Vuly shows they don’t care what they package up and the quality of the accessories are average. Trampoline does what it’s supposed to do, will see how it lasts.
