purchase in terms of quality and lifespan, but it always offered a great bounce. We're hoping for a great bounce out of this too! We're in our 70's and couldn't face a difficult assembly. The Ultra looked pretty easy on the video and that was a big factor in our choice. BE WARNED!! There was nothing easy and our 15 year old grandson helped. The circle and the T sections didn't slot together easily. When we tried to create a better join in one place, another join opened up. When the legs were added, again there was shifting of the joints and we had to go on to the mat hoping that this might pull the lot together. It did to some extent. The springs started quite well. Our complaint is that some of the springs don't sit down into the slots very well despite a lot of effort and readjustment. We had to use a hammer and tap them into the best position. Some are still not deeply slotted in. In the undoing and redoing during the net and mat attachment, one spring let go and embedded in the soft skin between the thumb and forefinger of my husband. I used my gardening gloves after this. We left the poles to our grandson as we were worn out. He got all but one assembled and attached correctly, not without difficulty. That last one was almost impossible. To slot the metal clip into the holes, took strength, pliers and some bad words! Any way, we now have a functioning tramp and it's giving enjoyment to the grandkids.

Sturdy and safe – Had our Vuly Ultra small trampoline 2 years now and it’s still going strong. Dismantled and reconstructed when we moved house and it’s as good as new again. Slight fading of the orange fabric around the door and the white paint on the jumping surface but no rips, tears or other signs of wear. is and good quality all the materials are. I had high expectations of Vuly as many friends have their tramps which have lasted years. After seeing our Tramp I can understand why Vuly have such a good name for themselves and the half price parts for life is an amazing service to provide :)

daily with my 3.5 year old daughter about getting off the darned thing haha!!! It is a dream come true for a small child and I know she will have so many beautiful memories of playing on this amazing trampoline.

My only issue is with the opening system. Instead of a zip, there is a no-zip flap system. This makes it really hard to get in and out of, and I wish they just designed a really sturdy zip closure instead. And my daughter sometimes accidentally slides into the exit part when she is running around and leaning against the walls as she goes. I am teaching her not to do this.

But everything has its own problems and this is a small thing that we will get used to compared to the utter delight of having such a fantastic toy to play with in our boring, tiny back yard!

Ps- when assembling, please note it was east to assemble because I have a very tall, strong friend who is great with flatpacks :) . I don't want to overstate things here! If you don't have such a friend, I recommend hiring one.

installed the top cover so far which was perfect to keep it clean and add some shade to it. Overall we had so much fun with it.

I only have 2 concerns. (1) There are still some small gaps between the jumping mat and the steel structure which can hurt if a a child put their fingers in and cannot pull out. (2) Also there is a warning that it is not for children under 6 which was not explicitly mentioned on the website when we bought it. We only realised this after we finished assemble the trampoline. After some research we still decided to let our kid play with it under strict supervision. So, please do your research and make sure you are comfortable with this warning before paying the money as it is not cheap.

written instructions differ from the video instructions and neither of them deals with the separate orange tabs on the mat. This is a minor issue though. Quality-wise the trampoline is safe, hardy and the kids love it. I'm very happy with how it went together and that it seems to be made of high-quality materials. Strangely, it doesn't come with a ladder, so we purchased one from the Vuly site when we ordered the trampoline. The ladder is the only part of the product that isn't well made. It's flimsy, the middle steps are held together by a small press stud and for $70 I'd expect a lot more. Honestly, I can't believe it isn't part of the base pack. Overall, brilliant service, excellent price, great quality (just not in the ladder department).

Bad Quality and Terrible Customer Service – My 2 primary school girls got this for Xmas 2018 and the d shackles turn around and make the springs so loose they just fall off. Brilliant! Great Trampoline & Service – I purchased a Vuly Ultra Small Trampoline for my 7 year old son and 3 year old daughter and am absolutely thrilled with the product! The quality was exceptional and with a weight rating of up to 150 kgs, even I have enjoyed jumping on there too! It feels very safe, secure and stable. I was really impressed with how easy it was to put together and the shade cover works really well at keeping the mat at a comfortable temp. Highly recommend.

Good trampoline but Returns for accessories is a pain – I am happy with the purchase of our Vuly ultra trampoline. The trampoline is great. But had to return a basketball accessory and the Vuly return process is quite painful and required follow ups and phone calls and they also charge a warehouse fee of $20 for returning an accessory. told I should have logged an online return form, no receipt given or email given to me that I had returned the accessory. Did not hear from Vuly about my refund so I had to call a few times to their call centre. Sometimes i would wait for more than 10mins and no one would pick up. The call centre has had to look into my return claim and see if i had returned the item, i finally get a ‘return lodged’ email but still no word on the refund for the accessory. It shouldn’t take this long and a fee of $20 when you are personally returning an unopened and unused accessory.

Is ok but could been better – Is was very first time I brought this and looking forward to put up for the kids. But the material wasn't as good I though black mat inside had line going through it and the outside safely mate very cheap material already rip putting together. The sewing look like a very rush job.

Hours of fun! – We bought this trampoline for our one year old and can’t get her off it. It provides hours of safe fun and we love that it’s able to add a sub safe shade cover as it gets hotter! I’ve recommended Vuly to all my friends and family. Thank you Vuly!

Great Value for money – We bought this trampoline for our daughter for her 3rd birthday! Safety is very important to us but so is the price, and this trampoline ticked both boxes! confidence that we could assemble it on our own. We wanted the trampoline to be a surprise so we decided to assemble it after our son had gone to bed. We were thrilled with how easily we put it together especially considering it was dark and we didn't even have one argument. Our 3 year old loves it he jumps, rolls and throws himself around on it for ages. Because the weight capacity is so generous we can also jump on their with him. We can see him using it with his cousins and his brother when they are old enough too. The best part about the trampoline is that he can play on it independently without us being right there every minute as we have confidence in how safe and stable the trampoline is. We are thrilled that we decided to purchase a Vuly trampoline.

Best idea my husband ever had – We bought this for our 5 year-old. I but it together in half hour. Instruction were easy to read. We had 4 kids under 7 on it at once. I have jumped with my daughter at the same time. The net is super safe strong. I can also move it around the yard without help. The net is easy to but down during a wind storm. Would recommend to anyone. Love love love.

My 4yr old absolutely loves it – With it’s fantastic design I feel my 4 year old son is as safe as he can possibly be on any trampoline. As he broke his arm a few yrs ago from falling through a net, I was very sceptical about getting another trampoline. Can’t fault there great secure netting and inclosed entry point. I would strongly recommend Volley.

Perfect for kids – 5 years old the main user and maximum 4 at the same time and it is very stable and safe for children to play. It is relatively easier to install. The customer service is quick and excellent and I highly recommend the service to other friends and family members. Good job.
